I could make a return because it would have cost me £80 and my returns were worth £110

My order was lost. It took multiple emails & phone calls to get someone to reply. After receiving my order after many many weeks I discovered that the resent item was clearly a return and had scratches and dings. I reported this and was told
I would need to send photos of the damage in order to receive a discount. Honestly i do not have time for this ! I feel I should not have been charged anything considering all the trouble I had to go to in order to finally get my order.
