While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Hopeless company.my order of 3 baking tins has still not arrived after nearly 2 months.They sent generic email to ask my if I was happy with my purchase,not even realising I had not received them.Very apologetic but i had to down load ,print out and sign a form to state I had not received the items,then take a photo and email it back to them.That was last week and still nothing.Would not recommended this company and will not be buying from them again.I need these to make my son's birthday cake and our Christmas cake but both those plans are now having to be changed.Nof impressed at all.

Mixed bag - terrible logistics; decent customer service

Shipped me smashed up pots couple of times. In the original order, 2 of the 4 pots were damaged, one completely smashed. I asked for replacements - again, one of the two replacements were completely smashed. Looks like you are only able to safely pack and deliver 50% of your products. In a follow up order, the delivery has been broken up into several batches and I am still waiting for part of my delivery. Customer services were slow in their response the first time but promptly refunded me the second time when I had enough of receiving smashed pots and asked for the refund.

Had my money for 2 months - no cushion covers

I bought 8 cushion covers for just under £200 at the beginning of April. It is now mid June and I still do not have them. Apparently they were sent back to Sweden (not by me) and their customer service department will not refund me until the cushion covers return to the warehouse. Why is this MY risk? Nordic Nest have now had my money for over 2 months and I do not have my products. Not acceptable. Overall, they have good stuff on their site, but if you love in the UK it is slow and unreliable to order. I have used for things in the past but will NEVER use again.

Returns process flawed and slow response from customer service

I placed a return request for which Nordic Nest issued a return shipping label. I delivered the return to the postal drop off point more than three weeks ago and the package tracking shows that the return was handed over by my national postal carrier to DHL on the 25th of May 2023. DHL cannot locate the package and I have been asked by Nordic Nest Customer Support to wait. As the return shipping label that was used was provided to me by Nordic Nest the refund should be issued. I now have no product nor a refund.

poor 'rating'

There are many reasons for my 'rating'. Basically the company appears somewhat dishonest, in my opinion. Examples are: -the 5% offer when signs up is a dishonest ploy to entice one to sign up. I signed up but was unable to use the 5%. - customer service is possibly a BOT as the responses are poor and of no help. - limited stock and big delays on receiving items even when paying extra for express. One order took over 6 weeks when I paid extra. So I presume it is another 'ploy'

Products that arrived were nothing like the website pictures, not just a variation colour or size, completely different. Saucers didn’t even fit the cups, the saucers were a different colour to the cups etc. When I emailed the company with pictures showing what I’d ordered and what I’d received they told me their website had stated they could be different and that was that. Unbelievable and rude. No apology, no offer of exchange or refund. Steer clear from this company.

Difficult and extremely tiring returns process

I tried to return a terrible piece of ceramic bowl, which is supposed to be an arty hand made piece, looking lovely in pictures, but in real life it looks like a 10 year old made it in school. They made such a fuss about taking it back and I ended up paying £36 to return it. It’s been a few days and I haven’t received my refund. If they want to service UK customers, they need to arrange free returns just like any other high quality European online shop.

Although the service I received from the Customer Support team was helpful and friendly, both items I purchased in November were separately discontinued despite the order being confirmed. Both items were originally sent to me, but due to delivery issues returned to sender and the order was then unable to be fulfilled. I appreciate the quick refund, but am more than disappointed my order took over a month to then eventually be cancelled.

Item arrived damaged. I wrote to tell them. Reply took more than a week, asking me some questions. I replied the same day. Eighteen days later, still no reply, so I wrote again. This time I received a reply the next day, asking me the same questions as the first reply. I replied again. Let's see how long they take this time. Tomorrow is a month since my first email.

Ordered item in November and received it the following May, around 6 months later. Misrepresentation claiming 2 week lead time just to get the order. Deducted delivery cost but that is no consolation when i specifically ordered the item from them to ensure it was received in time which it wasn't. No discount or compensation etc of the sort offered.
