Everything was good always. Just 2 times we have a problem, once it was a broken bottle and the other time a missing bottle. But we were able to resolve immediately. Perhaps with the missing bottle, the conversation with customer service was a little more intense, but finally they recognized the mistake.
I have got very, very big problems with the ups transportation this and the last 4-5 time. They don't try to deliver to the door despite sending out a sms were you can chose to your home or a pick up point long, long away. Than when I order another delivery its just quit and nothing happens.
