Everything was good always. Just 2 times we have a problem, once it was a broken bottle and the other time a missing bottle. But we were able to resolve immediately. Perhaps with the missing bottle, the conversation with customer service was a little more intense, but finally they recognized the mistake.
The order took one month to arrive. Although Gourmet hunter responded to my mails, the excuses were insufficient - having to wait to put orders together, change of courier, Brexit paperwork and customs delays due to alcoholic beverage etc. The original delivery date was 6 days after purchase, so that was obviously misleading. If Gourmet hunter had been transparent about the real delivery date (a month) then I could have taken an informed decision. After I got impatient, the responses stopped coming until I wrote a flourish of e-mails to different people at Gourmet as well as DHL. I had no knowledge of where the order was from anyone until the day before it was due to arrive in the UK. All in all not a good experience and Gourmet Hunter need to revise their service of sales to the UK and be upfront about delays and not keep customers in the dark when items are delayed unexpectedly.
