Everything was good always. Just 2 times we have a problem, once it was a broken bottle and the other time a missing bottle. But we were able to resolve immediately. Perhaps with the missing bottle, the conversation with customer service was a little more intense, but finally they recognized the mistake.

I have got very, very big problems with the ups transportation this and the last 4-5 time. They don't try to deliver to the door despite sending out a sms were you can chose to your home or a pick up point long, long away. Than when I order another delivery its just quit and nothing happens.

Very good assortment. Easy to find and order the wine you are looking for.
Uncomplicated payment.
Good solid packaging.
UPS, on the other hand not so good.
Makes me anxious and uncertain: Far too many messages and with uncertain information, just for one order. They should be much more simple and strict.

Bra hemsida där man lätt kan filtrera fram de viner man är intresserad av. Framgår även klart i beställningsformuläret när vinerna kan levereras. Bra priser på vinerna och rimlig kostnad för leveransen. Snabb leverans till dörren en dag före beräknad leveransdag!

Difficult to say how the service and selection could be improved. I find your French, Italian and Portuguese wines are rather more expensive than those from Germany and Spain but that is a minor issue

The order process is simple and the timeline on delivery is very precise. If there's a problem with any of the wine order there's follow up to get an alternative rather than just leaving them out

Gourmet Hunters is in my opinion the best online merchant for Spanish wine. Customer service is always great, shipping works, and if there is trouble they sort it out. Strongly recommend them!

Great experience. UPS damaged/lost part of the shipment; Alba from Gourmet Hunters immediately arranged replacement bottles to be sent to me and I received them within a couple of days.
