I ordered peony plants and received the package in promised time. The quality of the product was immaculate. The plants were health and in god order. The packing, though, was done s a ver big box, much bigger that the content self. There was no paper in between the peony plants, and, of course they were moving during transportation. So so of the roots were broken. The delivery company brought the parcel to the storage place far away from our residence address (in the past all our packages were delivered to us properly - left in the mailbox or handed over to the consierge). As it was weekend already we were able to collect the parcel only after two days after delivery on Monday. This was disappointing. But I would like to say that I am satisfied with the quality on the peony plants and, in general, with the bulbs offered by the Dutch-Bulbs company, and I am planning to continue ordering from this company.

Tulip and hippeastrum bulbs arrived covered in mold

This seller was recommended to me by my best friend, but I'm disappointed. Tulip and hippeastrum bulbs arrived covered in mold. I was very upset. I still regret that I didn’t take a picture of their condition, it’s just that my daughter was sick and there was no time for that. In one local store they sold me a product that helped preserve two bulbs of hipeastrum. everything else simply died.

Purtroppo non ho ancora ricevuto i vostri bulbi. I motivi sono dovuti all’inefficienza del corriere Bartolini che nella giornata di ieri nonostante avevano preannunciato la consegna non operavano creandomi notevoli disagi. Sul traking poi indicavano falsamente che la consegna non era andata a buon fine. Per risolvere la problematica ho chiesto al corriere di consegnare il pacco presso un punto di ritiro ma ad ora non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna conferma di deposito. Per il futuro ci consiglio di utilizzare i corrieri sda o gls che in questo territorio sono più seri ed affidabili.

Initial review

Items arrived apparently ok and undamaged, although I have mot yet checked sizes. I do however think that although the cardbosrd box is relatively strong, it is not indestructible and there should be a packaging around the bags to protect from potential crushing or other damage. I am unable to give a full review as first order with no experience of any issues at flowering.

Disappointed in relation to bulb size, majority I ordered were to be 28-30 best measurement I could get was 27 , others ordered 30/32 best 29.1, get the largest bulb possible & you'll get three flower stems unlikely with these bulbs., old story, see & touch what your getting and you'll make a better decision. Usually grow 20+ Amarlysis for family & friends Christmas presents, now having to re-think, probably do Hyacinth / Tete a Tete selection now with bulbs purchased locally when I can see & touch prior to purchase. Live & learn. LA

Meiklokjes en Muscari

We bestelden Meiklokjes en dat leek me ok en Muscari en deze vond ik eerder duur en de kwaliteit is vergelijkbaar met wat we hier in België in de winkels kunnen kopen en dit aan aanzienlijk lagere prijs. Bovendien moet je 2 weken wachten op de bloembollen wat ik echt in deze tijd erg lang vind voor een online shop. Dus wat mij betreft geen aanrader. We bestelden omdat er maar weinig plaatsen zijn waar er meiklokjes te koop zijn. Voor bloembollen zijn er betere en goedkopere alternatieven.

Stop being so mean with the plant sizes !

I am finding that the size of plants delivered is getting smaller and smaller resulting in the plants not coming into flower in the next season. They almost all look as though they need potting on and further development before being planted out in the garden. This may be OK for you younger gardeners who have time to wait but I am now a pensioner and next season is never guaranteed at my age !!

Delivery time was 10 days. The result the Hydrangea Magical Candle had lost all magic.... never recovered. Also though provided with way more than Freesia bulbs than promised , none appeared to be in good condition. Planted them and hope that at least a few appear!

In the previous purchase, several packages of lamps were not sent at all without notice, or the amount of each package was not correct . In this purchase, I got several broken bulbs in each package. It just came today and I am planting the bulbs .

Delivery at due time for order not always good. Had to be reminded of pre-sale lily order. Very small Canna tubers that will take at least 2 years to reach flowering size. Lilliy bulbs likewise only just described size. Good selection of plants.

Disappointed that some of the products sold by their webiste were out of stock and they cancelled my order after I already made the payment. Also, they can’t issue invoice without VAT wich is strange considering how they do business acorss EU.

The size of the bulbs I bought wasn’t as big as the pictures shown at the webpage. The bulbs might be ok, but it’s a quite huge difference in what the selling pictures shows and what I really got.

I ordered the bulbs of flowers and 6 orchids, everything is good except an orchid: I ordered Oncidium, but I received another one that I don’t know what it is and I don’t like it at all.
