Wrong moment to ask for a review! Previous orders were executed perfectly, 110% customer satisfaction! The current order was placed a week ago, for two filters that were both in stock at the time of ordering. I have received not a single piece of information since, I can only see in my acount the order is still "being processed" with no indication on when it might actually be shipped. I expected to have received them by now! If this is the service provided to customers not paying 5 euro additionally for the premium experience of actually having their goods shipped, then I would be inclined to consider charging this 5 euro a form of blackmail!
