Delivery was a bit slow. I expected just a few days. My three products were split over three deliveries. That was also not expected. In the end, all of my products arrived and when I queried my order, the staff were more than helpful and responded quickly. Overall, would use them again but will allow more time for delivery... I would otherwise have given 5 starts, but... 4 ain't bad either :)
ordered 5 items and was sent 1 single tracking number. All supposedly packed together according to the emailed packing slip. 1 item arrived, 2 days after scheduled date, in its retail box no outer packaging just a label stuck on. boxed arrived damaged, looks like it was dropped as side ripped and crushed. No Irish power lead, only an eu one, so cannot check if item damaged. customer service contacted and no apology and blamed shipping company, while they tried they did not make any attempt to ease my frustration, offer compensation or a replacement. Not good enough.
I have doubts that I got a proper new camera due to number of reasons:
1. Out of the box camera had someone's fingerprints on its display
2. Battery package was unsealed
3. Camera was delivered in a box from camera body+lens kit with lens removed instead of proper body only box which is twice less in its size
Shop delivered me used body which was a part of kit torn apart and either sold separately or used for rental purpose.
On top of that packaging was very poor allowing a lot of space for box with camera to move freely.
I submitted my complain to the info@photospecialist.ie from their website https://www.photospecialist.ie/ but this email doesn't exist. I sent another complaint to info@photospecialist.co.uk but got no response so far.

Shipping details stated, ‘Delivered in 1 - 4 days……. Took 2 weeks. When I did email querying the delay I got an abrupt and what I would cheeky response from customer service. First and last time I will use this service!

I can see your order and there was a delay with getting the item out of the store. My colleague was not clear about the reason why it was delayed. Your item was send within the 4 days, however DHL kept your package longer in their hold. I am sorry about that. This is sadly not in my control.

You sent the wrong sensor cleaner.
I wanted the blue one for Canon but you sent the pink one for other makes.
Just hope there’s little difference.

Purchase was easy and packaging also very quick.
The auto-address function on the web page needs refining. After changing my address to the correct address, the online system decided this was not correct and changed to an incorrect address and town. I contacted the vendor, whom should have been able to instruct the courier to change this but told me I had to contact the courier instead and arrange to collect!! My package eventually arrived after bouncing back and forth between sorting centers. Had it not been for the Eir-code, the package would have been lost or returned to sender. The webpage is advertised as an Irish .ie website (misleading) but shipping and product are not located in Ireland.
I received the product in good order and well packaged.

I am sorry to hear that this didn't go as planned. Once the order has been send, we can not change the address. It needs to come back first, so we can change the lable. But I am glad to hear that it arrived in good order.

It was a fast delivery, unfortunately the product wasn't sealed and some items were missing from the kit (battery). The product itself is to my liking and I am in communication with photosepecialist to get the missing battery.

Poor experience.
I got the wrong product sent.
The customer support team is "looking into it" for over a week now and stopped giving updates.
They are having difficulties to assume their mistake and the lack of communication is very concerning.
I would stay away from this shop if you don't want any headaches

You state that you dispatch same day, and that delivery time is 4 days, yet I ordered a printer on the 11th March, and as of now the 25th March it has not yet even been dispatched, when I asked for an update on the delivery date, I was told that I could change my delivery to be collected at DHL service point, of which there is not one near me! My reply email has not been responded to. very poor customer service and communication.

Completely dishonest website states items marked as in stock will be despatched the same day. What it doesn't say is that only applies to items in the central warehouse. Other items have to be transferred to the warehouse from shops and it can take up to 4 days before despatch. I only found this out when I emailed asking for tracking. I was then told it would despatch next day. Next day I get an email saying "We will check the delivery time with our supplier and keep you informed." So it appears the item is not in stock at all. I tried to raise this using the online chat, but the link doesn't work. Tried calling, and after initially being informed there was a 3 minute wait I got a recorded message saying no agents were available. I've no idea when I'll get my order and can't even get an email response at this stage. Avoid like the plague. I'd give zero stars if I could.

every time I called the support line to find out where my package was I got an answer machine saying there's no support person to take your call. That happened many times (and not over lunch time for instance).
Also the chat bot does not work
I used email in the end and it took 2 days to get back to say they were looking into it.

Ordered an Eizo CG319X from photo specialist. Price was good, delivery notifications were vague with tracking handover between DHL and An Post unclear and not specific. Mains lead supplied was inappropriate for the region.
