The only big problem with the shop is the Irish site is not up to date. The customer service is not available on the contact number and the email address also doesn't work. I had to do a serious investigation to find a proper customer service contact for them, eventually, the info@photospecialist.co.uk email address worked and I got a decent response from their customer service and the item arrived in time in perfect condition.
ordered 5 items and was sent 1 single tracking number. All supposedly packed together according to the emailed packing slip. 1 item arrived, 2 days after scheduled date, in its retail box no outer packaging just a label stuck on. boxed arrived damaged, looks like it was dropped as side ripped and crushed. No Irish power lead, only an eu one, so cannot check if item damaged. customer service contacted and no apology and blamed shipping company, while they tried they did not make any attempt to ease my frustration, offer compensation or a replacement. Not good enough.
No email sent after purchase to confirm tracking no. Had to get in touch directly on two separate occasions.

Received used camera body separated from kit instead of brand new camera body
After sending back used camera that I received instead of a new one it's been over 3 weeks now and I have no refund and 0 clarity on when I'll get my money back.
Support responded to me after 2 weeks saying that there was an error processing my refund and with apologies. No ETA for refund.
Waiting days in silence.
Very frustrating experience!
Got my refund on Jun 1. Sent item back on May 5.

I am so sorry to read about your experience.
I have pulled up your order and see that there was late response time. Due to low staff we have a back up and try to help everyone as soon as we can. During that time there were also Dutch holidays, so the finance deparment was closed for a few days. And then the error happened. Everything that could prevent a speedy refund has happened in your case.

Misleading Selling Practices
On multiple occasions ive been tricked into buying extra products from this website. They seem to always leave out details that will lead you to buying something thats already included or that you thought would have already been included.

Very disappointed with the communication. I have sent various emails asking for an update on my shipment as I was sent an email on the 30th of December to say that it has been shipped but there has been no update on when it will actually be delivered so I am very disappointed as it was due to be a present

Sorry about the delay. Due to the Christmas and new year there was probably a delay at DHL. Luckily we see that everything has been deliverd by now. We hope you enjoy your package!
