The only big problem with the shop is the Irish site is not up to date. The customer service is not available on the contact number and the email address also doesn't work. I had to do a serious investigation to find a proper customer service contact for them, eventually, the info@photospecialist.co.uk email address worked and I got a decent response from their customer service and the item arrived in time in perfect condition.

This company displays a ".IE" web address denoting the Republic of Ireland, whereas they are actually based in the Netherlands. This is misleading. My order took two weeks to arrive...far longer than the promised 4 - 5 working days. This was exacerbated by an incomplete name and address on the delivery label which meant I had to retrieve my package from the mail parcel holding depot, as it was held up.
Furthermore, the delivery tracking facility never updated from the time of the order was processed, leaving me in the dark as to the status and progress of my order.

Items arrived in perfect condition.
I was supposed to receive a confirmation but got none. Would have felt more comfortable had I received one, especially as it's stated on the site when you place the order.
Prices were more competitive than any other website and overall, would be happy to shop here again.

Delivery was a bit slow. I expected just a few days. My three products were split over three deliveries. That was also not expected. In the end, all of my products arrived and when I queried my order, the staff were more than helpful and responded quickly. Overall, would use them again but will allow more time for delivery... I would otherwise have given 5 starts, but... 4 ain't bad either :)

Sorry it took a bit longer, we see that there was a delay at DHL. Luckily you're still satisfied with your products. We will look into why everything was delivered seperately, because that's not the standard way. Ofcourse, 4 stars ain't bad either, but we still strive for the 5!

Positives: Good choice of products and speedy dispatch.
Negatives: it is not possible to edit your address and the postcode finder that you use for Ireland is not that accurate. My items are always delayed as they go to the wrong address first (you use the Irish Postal service for delivery and they don't use the postcode for delivery)

I had a good experience with site, the item was delivered close to the time estimated. The only problem was the format of my address ie "22 muddy road, was written as "muddy road 22" on the parcel. Perhaps the post code saved the day. I would use this site again.

There is a subtle bug on your website. When you browse items and have several filters to narrow the search active then sometimes the paging links at the bottom disappear, event though there is more than one page of results.
This occurs erratically, it seems.

Delivery and communication was good. Only issue was the power adapter was a 2-pin for Europe when Ireland operates a 3-pin system. Including a UK/Ireland adapter or a converter accessory would have been excellent, instead we had to buy one ourselves.

Good service and fast delivery
Good service. Didn't receive the order confirmation email, or the tracking email, but delivery was very prompt, and the support team sent on the missing info at the earliest opportunity.
