I was easily able to put the app on my phone and connect Somfy to my Amazon devices. It works great and I love being able to use voice commands to open and close the blinds that were installed. These are all very high windows and mechanical was really my only decent option.

None of my orders have been fulfilled without extra contact from me. My first order was not filled since 1 item was out of stock. That would be no problem if this had been communicated to me. A 2nd order I placed needed to be cancelled due to the previous lack of communication. Errors in credit to my account occurred which required monitoring and phone calls by me. Info regarding tracking has not been accurate. Everything has taken a long time to receive after shipments were reportedly sent. .

I ordered few things for my existing units and paid 25 dollar extra for over night delivery.. got it 2 nights later! After requesting refund for overnight delivery charge i was ignored by the customer service! Why should i pay for overnight delivery which i needed so badly thats why i did ay extra and got it late the second day! Cant deliver on time dont charge extra!

No feedback on order status

Did not provide info on when an order would ship or did ship. No response from customer service to an email sent 5 days after order placement. Also was on hold for 28 minutes before someone in Tech Support answered my call. His response was flippant. Avoid doing business with them if at all possible!!!

Poor/no communication as to status of order. I did not receive part of my order and have sent repeated emails asking for an update, but no response. Somfy does not appear to have any online means of checking an order; contact seems to be only through email or by telephone. Very frustrating.

I placed my order two weeks ago and have heard nothing. Not an email for tracking or anything. I called and finally got a tracking number for UPS and UPS says that number does not exist. Never again, it is really hard to find reliable companies anymore.
