Delighted, strange and beautiful clock.
Nicely designed, engineered and constructed clock. Ordering was ready, delivery was quick.
My only complaint, and I know I am not alone in being caught out with this, is that since the UK stupidly voted for Brexit, there is now an import tax to pay. I'm lucky that it taken so long for me to encounter this but this is no fault of Vinciguerra - perhaps a notification during the purchase process would have helped.
We are nonetheless still delighted by the clock.

The quality is very good.. I only have one problem but it is very important, in case you want to buy. After I payed for a stone table I bought, they informed me two days after that they cancel my order, because they have to rase the price 200 euros more. They said the e-shop had to be informed, so they didn't have time to do it and they made this cancelation. That was totally unprofessional, because I bought an another table and they did the same thing. So I lost almost a week to try to find what to do. I have a shop too and if someone buys something at the wrong price by my mistake, the company takes the responsibility, not the customer.
