Vse na spletni strani je pregledno in povsod ti kaze kompatibilnost s tvojo mašino v mojem primeru pomivalnim strojem. Edino izboljšavo, katero bi izpostavil je ta, da se bi vsi deli katere sem narocil poslali skupaj z eno dostavno službo in ne dveh. Kajti ene dele sem dobil še isti teden, ko sem naročil, en rezervni del pa šele drugi teden.

That is truly commendable, and I will certainly order spare parts from you again in the future if I need them. Unfortunately, the replacement item also arrived broken. I will not request another replacement item. I will try to fix it with some super glue. Thank you once again for your quick and kind response regarding the return of the item. Perhaps it would be a good idea to package fragile items, such as hard plastic that breaks easily, more securely for shipping. This shipment was also packaged rather inadequately and was not sufficiently protected, as the item was moving around inside a half-empty box. A box inside another box with a bit of crumpled paper is not enough to ensure that the package arrives safely to the customer. No offense intended, please. You are still great!

The reply was honest and transparent, even though it wasn't the news I was hoping for—the shipment had been delayed because the item was temporarily unavailable. Nevertheless, I decided to wait, and I finally received my order just yesterday.

Z vašo pomočjo sem uspešno rešila svojo težavo. Pri vas sem dobila pravi rezervni del za pralni stroj Electrolux, za katerega je moj serviser trdil, da ga ni mogoče dobiti. Pohvalno je, da ste zelo hitro odzivni pri podpori uporabnikom. Zelo sem vam hvaležna za to dobro izkušnjo in sem vas že priporočila svojim prijateljem.

Ker izdelka nismo mogli naročiti nikjer v Sloveniji ste bili edini , ki ste nam svetovali in kasneje izdelek poslali. Glede na to, da je bilo naročilo iz Nizozemske, je prišlo v zelo kratkem času.

Kupila sem vrata za hladilni del skrinje. Kljukica ziroma zatič ni bil priložen. Brez njega vrata ne stojijo. Na moja vprašanja nikakor nisem dobila nasveta kaj naj naredim. Zato sem posebej dokupila zatič. Zato je bila cena za 20 evr višja. In plačati sem .orala dvojno poštnino. Kar ni fer. Lep pozdrav.

I like good website (simple with all relevant data). Service was great (ordering, paying, shippment, tracking) and finally product was good quality as described!

3 days late in delivery, the part received did not fit the dishcare model Bosch SMV46GX00E/04 even though the model is listed in the spare part compatibility spec. The problem was that the round part of the spare part was too big and there wasn't enough space to install it. We solved the problem by strongly pushing the part into the spar part location and mending what was around the part to find just enough space to fit. And it works.

I asked support for new reservoir for my iron and got negative feedback "Unfortunately we don't have reservoir for your model of iron". I asked about reservoir part number for my iron in Gemini and got correct part number and ordered it on Fixpart.si. I think you need to improve skills of your support.

I bought a replacement part ( AltPart - lüftermotor alternativ für bosch/siemens, miele, smeg) and I double checked that it fits my Bosch fridge-freezer and according to their website it should have been the right replacement, but it was completely wrong. The wrong size and the wrong connector. But I was able to return the item and get the money back. The whole process took a bit too long, but it worked out in the end. They should really double check every part to make sure it fits the right machine and save their customers the headache and wasting their time.

I sent an enquiry about spare part of an apliance which broke. Got quick and exact answer of what i needed. Also delivery was quick and without bad experience.

Hitra dostava! Super je da ne rabim menjat celega brivnika,ki je krepko cez 100€ ampak sem imela moznost kupit tukaj samo nastavek,ki se mi je zlomil🙂

I received my drawer quickly. It fits perfectly. 4 stars because I wish the description on the site was better (I wasn’t 100% sure I was getting a bottom drawer, I only assumed by looking at a photo).

I got what i oredered and its perfect. Original part cheaper then in shop and eazy to install. Will be ordering more if needed.
