Bought washbasins, first order came broken. Everything was refunded and new one was shipped (though heavier, and at a very steep cost) - but excellently packaged and on time. Do check the arrival times, as the replacement for the original would've been shipped in 2-3 months - something to improve for the staff. We chose another model and asked for refund, which arrived in a week's time. Thanks, will come back for more.

Accurate updates for every step in the ordering process
We ordered multiple items, of which 1 item had to be ordered from the manufacturer, causing some delay to send everything in one package.
We got an update mail from Reuter for every intermediate step in the whole process. From having received the order, the prepayment by wiring, delivery estimate from that manufacturer and eventually the delivery of everything together, slightly sooner than estimated. All items were of very good quality too.

The package was “delivered” while we were home, and have camera doorbell. But was actually delivered straight at at postal pickup point.
Package was missing for 10 days. After informing what took so long we found out where it was and picked it up.
Costumer support blaims it to easily on UPS, which is correct but in terms of service not great. I buy from Reuter. You choose to work with UPS. Which did not it’s job.
Product is great. Nicely packed and would buy again from Reuter. Would not ship with UpS again 😉
