Second order after small test order went like clockwork
Having placed a small test order, as per my review on that I followed up with a larger order of 3 toilets, shower heads and arms, shower elbow etc - all the things on my saved list on the web page as in stock. As this was going to Algarve Portugal on a pallet and taking a week through pallet depots and delivery being taken by a management company there was always the chance of issues. Pictures speak a thousand words!
I am so pleased I have this morning made my third order with them, over twice as big as the second, all of items not in stock but with estimated delivery times so we shall now see how that goes as so far its a 10/10 from me.

Decided to give them a chance and did a test order
They have a great web page and competitive prices but their reviews are very mixed. On the basis of people are more likely to review after negative experience than positive and with bathroom shops in Portugal leaving a lot to be desired I decided to order 2 items as a test order before committing to a 3 bathroom order.
That test order has now arrived and I will now be committing to a much larger order.
Having experienced delivery company challenges with other supplies I think Reuter appear to be a decent company now and again let down by poor European delivery companies.

It was a super nice touch of excellence from Customer Service to check out the products in terms of their compatibility and completeness of the order before shipping them. Největším problémem bylo komunikace s dodací službou UPC, která téměř nekomunikovala,
zprávy předávala pozdě a jakákoliv možnost domluvy byla velmi špatná.
