Prompt and positive response to placing the order and delivery was problem free. The transport company called to make sure was at home and that they had the correct address. Excellent.
However, prior to placing the order, when I tried to telephone with an enquiry, it took ages for anyone to answer. When they did so, the lady was not helpful, in fact quite dismissive. \

Poor after sales service
I ordered a bathtub for more than 1.200 EUR. It has been delivered 3 weeks later and there is a piece that is missing. I already sent them 2 emails without any answer to it, as we need to finish the bathroom asap I guess I will have to buy it myself in another store. Which is very inconvenient when I see the price I have paid.

Bought washbasins, first order came broken. Everything was refunded and new one was shipped (though heavier, and at a very steep cost) - but excellently packaged and on time. Do check the arrival times, as the replacement for the original would've been shipped in 2-3 months - something to improve for the staff. We chose another model and asked for refund, which arrived in a week's time. Thanks, will come back for more.

I received notice of despatch of the items and estimated delivery. The driver phoned us when we was outside our house we were on our way home and he waited.
