Ordering was easy. I had a problem with the VAT registration as an european customer that they could solve quickly. Transport was a little problematic as they used UPS that is one of the worst couriers and nearly impossible to contact . They didn't find my address and finally through Facebook I could contact them but it was a long process. So all in all Conrad was good but their transport choice not so much
i'd really like the fact that the pick up adress was close to the delivery-adress.
It took a while before there was reception at the pick up adress but above all a good service.
Quick delivery after a little problem with missing house number on my delivery address. But probably my fault while entering my profile.

Someone recommended that I use Conrad and I did got all the parts I needed to repair my dishwasher control board. Don't go anywhere else go straight to Conrad. I'm from the UK and firstly went to the German site - it would be nice to have the different country pulldown menu and to order as a guest. But was happy to create an account to order.
