BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL
As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT MORONS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Even after paying the duty via phone the delivery person was still asking for the funds and demanded proof I'd paid, The payment via phone wasn't great either, they provide a telephone number to call and then transfer you to what appears an overseas contact. DPS just as bad obviously.
they write that the customer can cancel the order if it is still pending but they do not accept cancellations. They also change shipping location and shipping date from 2 to 9 weeks after purchase ,with no right to cancel .Account deletion requested from us , still waiting.They answered,, go ahead for a paypal conflict,,,they will then ,,correct,, their policy

Man fragt sich, wofür es eine Rubrik „Bemerkungen“ im Bestellformular gibt, wenn dieses ignoriert wird. Ich hatte gebeten, das Paket mit DHL und nicht mit UPS zu versenden, da die zeitgerechte Zustellung in Rumänien nicht funktioniert und das Paket primär eine Woche bei denen im Lager herumliegt. Auf dem Versandetikett ist dies sogar zweimal angeführt. Entweder sind die Leute blind, die den Versand machen oder es ist denen egal. Weiters ist auf dem Versandetikett die Telefonnummer nicht vermerkt, sodass sich der Fahrer einen Wolf im ländlichen Gebiet sucht. Alles in allem ein fürchterlich schlechter Versandservice, der mich in Zukunft davon abhalten wird wieder mehr bei Conrad zu bestellen. Ein Anbieter aus der USA bewerkstelligt eine Bestellung mit ca. 50 Posten in einem Tag und die Bauteile sind innerhalb von drei Tagen bis zur Haustür geliefert. Das nenne ich Service!

I received the package after 2 weeks!!! You have the worst possible courier!!! It is not possible for a parcel to stay in their warehouse in Romania for 1 week! I have parcels from China ordered after the one from Conrad and they arrived before him!
I will never order from this store again, unless you offer DHL shipping.

Wrong pricing on invoice ie invoice stated 26.98 euros ...60.88 euros was taken from my account. First part of delivery ok, second items were delayed by one week approx. After near one month I emailed sales the dept (KATRIN WOLBANG) only to be told that the delay will be an extra few weeks....I explained that if they arrived by this date I will NOT cancel and will NOT give negative feedback....However WOLBANG emailed me again asking why I would be giving negative feedback...I explained yet again that I would NOT if the items were delivered as she promised....I asked her not to email me again and waste anymore of my time as the only email I wanted to receive was when the items were delivered...SHE EMAILED ME AGAIN!!!!.......I have now cancelled the order and demand a full refund....As yet I have only given negative feedback to your company,but feel that if this issue is not resolved and apologies given,I will go to social media

Worst e retailer experience ever, they sent me a chainsaw in packaging that was ripped and re taped anyone with intelligence in the warehouse could see this was returned by someone else, missing all main parts & customer service will not return my emails. I phoned the head office and they refused to deal with my problem. Still waiting for a response
Actually 1 order was replaced , but it was considered as 2 orders , 1st order payment was delayed but automatically was placed and took the money from the sored card at PayPal, also items were missing each order was consist of 2 items , it looks that due to seller on reason send both package with on 1 item, other items were not shipped. what i was expecting different item was delivered but each box with 1 items , I am buying long time no such thing was done before

Dear Customer,
it is not possible for us to charge the customs duties because we do not collect them. This is a country matter. Your country collects the duties for imports you make, not the seller. The shipping service is the implementing body appointed by the country to do this.

first problem my e-mail was already registred but I only have used conrad.se. Next problem I couldn't register my order. Katrin Wolbang fixed it and help to get a proforma invoice that I paid. Next problem my second parcel was held at custom after some days I was looking at UPS detail, they need to contact me. I send them may phone number and they contacted me for my passport or nif number. After that I received my parcel if I payed custom 50 Euro. Whay did'nt UPS hade my phone and e-mail and inform me about custom fee?

Your service is absolutely terrible. You failed to put the telephone number I gave you on the packages, then UPS delivery claimed there was an address problem (It was correct) - because you failed to put the phone number on the package, UPS were unable to contact me. See the attached photographs.
Your "Information" emails are rubbish - there is no way to enter tracing information in the webpage you supply, but since you sent no tracking numbers, that was irrelevant.
Each of the two items weighed a few grams, and was less than 10cmx10cmx2cm, yet it was packed (with no packaging) in two boxes, each one 35cms x 25cmx x 6 cms. One of them was torn open, but fortunately the item only fell out as the courier delivered it.
I have received e-mails from your helpline (after I complained about late, delayed delivery with no information), that said since UPS had not contacted Conrad, Conrad could provide no further assistance - who negotiated that deal with UPS?. So you take the money, then ignore the customer.
I don't expect to purchase anything again from Conrad - truly a very bad service.

Before placing the order, I asked for confirmation that the products are in stock. I received confirmation on 29.08.2022 that the products are in stock. A rather large part of the order was not in stock and we haven’t yet received the order. I have not received even an email related to this. I sent 2 emails but I didn't receive any reply. I didn't think that a company like Conrad lends itself to such things.
To put on the website that the products are in stock, to confirm in writing that the products are in stock and not to have the products in stock and not to even send an email informing you of the real situation, is incomprehensible.
The problem is that I really need these products and I chose Conrad because they confirmed that they have them in stock.

An item was removed from my order without any explanation. The item still shows as in stock on their site, available for sale, so I cannot think of any good reason to have removed it from the order.
Although I was refunded for the item, it's prohibitively expensive for me to ship that item now by itself, it made sense when grouped with the rest of the order. In fact, perhaps I would not have bought anything else if I had known I would not receive that item, there is no way for them to know since they didn't first ask me, or give me any options.
When I enquired, I received no response except an auto-generated email saying my query had been closed.

Order: 2004187843, all items returned but not refunded. Tracking: RI328844760BG shows return parcel successfully delivered to Conrad warehouse. Sent my return details by email on Jan. 25 to customer service, they replied: when we receive your return we will process the refund. But the return has been already received by them many days ago. After I explained them the situation they stoped replying to my emails. This not what I expected from store with such high reputation.

I applied a free shipping voucher discount code, which obviously should result in not having to pay for shipping above a certain amount (75Euros) which I attained. Nonetheless, and although shipping to Portugal costs in accordance with the information provided by Conrad on the shipping webpage: 9.99Euros, I was charged 12.99 which results in having paid for shipping in the additional value of 3Euros.
Not a large amount, but definitely a dealbreaker for lack of trust and dubious business ethics; especially because I did contact Conrad afterwards to get to the bottom of this lapse and while customer service promised that a refund and correction would be issued or was being processed ... more than one month later ... nothing. No further reply or communication possible and no refund issued; just indifference and poor customer relations.
Not recommended; I will not shop here anymore since I prefer to offer business to honest and correct online retailers!
