Your service is fantastic, & the item works perfectly. However, the same cannot be said for your shipper - UPS. I left the following review on Trustpilot about them... ........... BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE. However, the CTEK ONE charger that I purchased from Conrad Electronics does not work. I cannot get it to connect via Bluetooth with my phone. It connects for the briefest moment (e.g. 0.1s) and then disconnects for a few minutes, and this cycle continues. I tried placing the phone 5cm from the unit. I tried rebooting the unit. I tried rebooting my phone. I tried uninstalling the App from my phone and reinstalling it. I tried uninstalling the charger from “my devices” and reinstalling it. I also tried using a different phone – but same result. I contacted CTEK, who advised as follows: “Please return the charger to place of purchase and they will handle your claim in a professional and timely manner.” I have contacted Conrad Electronics multiple times over the past 4 weeks to raise a support case but all I ever receive is an email saying " We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of emails. We are working on the oldest tickets first, so creating multiple tickets will not lead to a faster reply. Thank you for your patience and we will get back to you as soon as possible." I am in the dark as to whether or not I will ever receive a reply!! I do not recommend dealing with this company, and at this stage I do not recommend CTEK chargers!!

Your service is absolutely terrible. You failed to put the telephone number I gave you on the packages, then UPS delivery claimed there was an address problem (It was correct) - because you failed to put the phone number on the package, UPS were unable to contact me. See the attached photographs. Your "Information" emails are rubbish - there is no way to enter tracing information in the webpage you supply, but since you sent no tracking numbers, that was irrelevant. Each of the two items weighed a few grams, and was less than 10cmx10cmx2cm, yet it was packed (with no packaging) in two boxes, each one 35cms x 25cmx x 6 cms. One of them was torn open, but fortunately the item only fell out as the courier delivered it. I have received e-mails from your helpline (after I complained about late, delayed delivery with no information), that said since UPS had not contacted Conrad, Conrad could provide no further assistance - who negotiated that deal with UPS?. So you take the money, then ignore the customer. I don't expect to purchase anything again from Conrad - truly a very bad service.

We ordered a printer on 16th March 2022. On 24th March, an adaptor plug arrived, but no printer. We are still waiting for the printer, and have had no more communication from your company. We are worried that the item has been lost or misplaced, as it is now 12 days since we paid for it. The order details are attached. I paid for deliverance to my door but I had to go and pick it up at a tobacco place quite a bit from where I live. UPS were supposed to deliver at my door and they claimed that I was not at home. This is not true as I was at my apartment all day without any calls or door ring bells at my door. Considering I ordered 4 Vaccum cleaner bags where I paid nearly the same amount for these bags, I do feel that I was lured.

I applied a free shipping voucher discount code, which obviously should result in not having to pay for shipping above a certain amount (75Euros) which I attained. Nonetheless, and although shipping to Portugal costs in accordance with the information provided by Conrad on the shipping webpage: 9.99Euros, I was charged 12.99 which results in having paid for shipping in the additional value of 3Euros. Not a large amount, but definitely a dealbreaker for lack of trust and dubious business ethics; especially because I did contact Conrad afterwards to get to the bottom of this lapse and while customer service promised that a refund and correction would be issued or was being processed ... more than one month later ... nothing. No further reply or communication possible and no refund issued; just indifference and poor customer relations. Not recommended; I will not shop here anymore since I prefer to offer business to honest and correct online retailers!

Customer service was very bad, even with the language barrier it was impossible to get hold of anyone to have a chat and when I did they were unhelpful. But my biggest problem that unlike many other European businesses they did not include duty on the product so if the prices look overly competitive online it is because when the product arrives there is a large duty bill also. I had to pay nearly £60 on top of cost and when I tried to cancel the order, again there was no help from customer service. It is unacceptable since I use other European companies and they are much more efficient. Very disappointed.

Het voltage van de Powerspot gemeten met een multimeter en deze haalt 5,4 volt maar meestal amper 3,5 volt. Dit zou volgens de beschrijving rond de 25 volt moeten liggen. Het ziet er naar uit dat dit een reeds eerder retour gedaan exemplaar is want de verpakking is erg slordig en de plastic zakjes waren reeds geopend. De montage set om het handvat te monteren ontbreekt op een boutje na. Ik denk dat het thermisch element kapot is waardoor de opgewekte spanning ver onder de waarden blijft. Deliver all ordered parts. One packet was empty & parts that we didn't order were delivered. Have a contact point on your website for problems & not have a ticket system that takes several weeks to be closed without having a response. If you have a wrong delivery you need to resolve this quickly since it affects businesses to not receive all goods that are ordered.
