Your service is fantastic, & the item works perfectly. However, the same cannot be said for your shipper - UPS. I left the following review on Trustpilot about them... ........... BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE. You should charge for any duty to be paid at the point of purchase not surprise customers with a bill at the door. Even after paying the duty via phone the delivery person was still asking for the funds and demanded proof I'd paid, The payment via phone wasn't great either, they provide a telephone number to call and then transfer you to what appears an overseas contact. DPS just as bad obviously.

Shipping

Well, packing & general things were good, but I requested that you mention that the contents are " Railway modelling articles", which in fact they were, it could have saved me a few bucks in customs. Besides my cell no. was also missing from the address on the package. This also I told UPS in Delhi to do after clearance, they were un responsive besides charging me considerable amount towards clearance.

Conrad good, UPS not so

Service from Conrad was efficient. Unfortunately the only choice of courier was not so good. UPS claimed they tried to deliver. They did not. Someone was in the entire day and no attempt was made to deliver. Further, the only was to control the delivery was to download their app. I do not want another app cluttering up my phone and selling on my personal data. Please provide other alternatives for shipping.

Arduino Opto WiFi

Delivered to the UK as when stated when ordered. Took about a week. Only issues were with UPS where I couldn't arrange delivery to be changed to the following day via their website. Delivered two days later. Be careful as got a delivery invoice from UPS.

Organizator crăpat

Mi-a plăcut seriozitatea și promptitudinea dumneavoastră dar una dintre Organizatoare a avut crăpături iar pe mijloc a fost rupta o bucata, după cum se poate vedea din imagini. As dori sa menționez ca, cutia de carton, în care au fost impachetate organizatoarele, nu a fost deteriorata deloc.

UPS is not my favourite. There are always problems with their deliveries. I was home the whole day. They do not tell, when they are coming. This time they say that nobody was at home. They did not even know the door code, so they have not been behind my door. Why cannot they send a message when they are coming and ask if they do not find the correct door. UPS net page promises, that one could change the address and redirect the package to another address, but the page assumes that you are in USA! I am satisfied with the content of the package only the delivery was a problem.

Delivery Problems

Item itself is as described. Absolutely happy with that. The problem was with delivery! I was in the process of emailing you regarding no sign of package when my neighbor informed me that she had found a parcel with my name and address on it in her garden shed!! Surely any delivery driver should have left a note in my mailbox to say where they had left item? Very disappointed in this as I have no idea how long it would have been left there. This would make me think twice now about ordering from you again. regards J. Highlands

More than happy with the service, I'm more disappointed in the courier as I really believe the delays are the fault of UPS, especially around here. So the star off is for using ups. As for the item, that's for a different review altogether...

Conrad service quality

Conrad part of order processing and communication premium level. The thrust to UPS subcontractors was Lost. Unreliable sounding names etc.
