Conrad becomes my favorite online shop for buying electronics. Because they have large selection of high-quality products within electrical and electronics. It took them over 2 weeks to process my order. I think the problem was that they had a hard time trusting my payment outside of the German border. After repeated contact with their customer service, I finally managed to convince them. After completion of the transaction, the item was shipped quickly by UPS. My advice to other buyers is be patient when contacting their customer service.

However, the CTEK ONE charger that I purchased from Conrad Electronics does not work. I cannot get it to connect via Bluetooth with my phone. It connects for the briefest moment (e.g. 0.1s) and then disconnects for a few minutes, and this cycle continues. I tried placing the phone 5cm from the unit. I tried rebooting the unit. I tried rebooting my phone. I tried uninstalling the App from my phone and reinstalling it. I tried uninstalling the charger from “my devices” and reinstalling it. I also tried using a different phone – but same result. I contacted CTEK, who advised as follows: “Please return the charger to place of purchase and they will handle your claim in a professional and timely manner.” I have contacted Conrad Electronics multiple times over the past 4 weeks to raise a support case but all I ever receive is an email saying " We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of emails. We are working on the oldest tickets first, so creating multiple tickets will not lead to a faster reply. Thank you for your patience and we will get back to you as soon as possible." I am in the dark as to whether or not I will ever receive a reply!! I do not recommend dealing with this company, and at this stage I do not recommend CTEK chargers!!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung nach Luxemburg. Nur schade, dass mal wieder nicht in die Pack-Station geliefert wurde, und mein Paket vor die Tür gestellt wurde, wo jeder es hätte mitnehemen können.

I ordered 3 ex of the same item - it was not indicated at any point that only 1 would be available - I was even charged for all three items - only afterwards I was informed about this fact. Luckily the excess money was returned. If I would have known this I would have rather used another site where the availability would have existed - now I ended up paying more for the delivery than the item! Gr

Delivery was very quick. I ordered 6 plastic storage cases that were not packed with any protection at all. Unfortunately they were all damaged when I received them. There should have been some bubble wrap and airbags in the box as there was so much spare room in the box. I'm still waiting for a reply to my emails after 2 days. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to my purchase.

The ever more expensive Hammond extruded boxes used for total RF shielding now comes with badly moulded front and back PLASTIC panels ! How do they think ? That is NOT good engineering,its beancounting.. Also found out that the 10% price reduction no longer worked. Purchased a Senseo coffee M/C. Ordering fine, detail of the item journey fine, delivery by UPS fine. The item arrive in its primary pcking case which was in a poor very condition. Cellotape had been used to secure the lid and wrapped round the box. UPS driver waited whilst I opened to check the item. Luckily it was OK.. This item should have been double boxed, hence the poor rating given

You got two different SEM-6000 products in your ship, only packing size (1-pack or 3-pack) differs. The unit price varies a lot like 18€ vs. 27€. I could not understand the difference of packing (actually the same) based on product description and ordered 10 pcs of 1-pack. Exactly the same product at +30% higher price compared to 3-pack. A disappointment for your reseller in Finland.

Also tried endlessly to enter our password for -10% but to no avail. Why is it not working as before? Member of Swedish SSA and last page in our magazine still have Your advertising and password.. Used it during the years but now not working !

It took a long time to dispatch and the courier left the parcel at the doorstep. We were away at the time, so this meant the parcel, contents worth £100, would have stayed there for a few days. The invoice was on the top of it showing the exact value of the goods inside. Luckily, a neighbour was kind to retrieve it and keep it safe for me. Very poor courier service.

Processing of the order for despatch took too long. Email contact details on PayPal require updating. Those given when contacted, Auto reply stated" the person has left the company". Alternative contact email given This returned a reply as account not active. Once contacted directly by PayPal, order processed & despatched, I received order within 1 day.

They were the only site I could find with stock of what I wanted - but dispatch of the items (although they said they were in stock) did take about 8 weeks. That said once the items were out for delivery they did arrive very quickly (from the time I got the initial email to say they'd been dispatched to actual delivery) and they were exactly what I wanted.

We had so many problems with my last parcel waiting at UPS because of VAT issues and nobody contacting me about it, it took a month to get my components, so I am not going to give a good rating yet, I need a few good experiences first... My last CONRAD order has ben split into multiple orders, so we'll see how that performs... Grrrrr...?

Your comment: i recieved a call from customs , saying that there is no hardcopy original invoices on the package. I presume this is UPS' s fault , but now we cannot import the goods without original invoices. I contacted Mr. Michael Lawson for help , and if hes helpfull like previous times , im shure we will do the job correctly.

Everything was perfect, except delivery inside of my country, UPS stated that I had to make an additional payment in order to get my goods be shipped from custom to my house. I was disapointed cause I already made a payment for shipping and company needs some additional payments.

The delivery was a little bit disapointing because it seems like that the day they soposed to have tryed to deliver, we were not at home, an we did not get a propper message about it.It was also a little bit difficult to find the right post office to collect the parcel.

The courier lied about us not being at the adress. Next day, the same courier arrived ( I asked him if he was the one delivering one day before and he confirmed), he did not know were the adress was, it was necesary for me to meet him in front of one bank that he knew.

Not impressed with a massive £78 import cost when the advert stated vat included. I allready paid 411.99 euros for the lights. Not very competitive when you have to factor in the import taxes on top. Not impressed at all with this companies trading policies.

The goods were fine but I was astonished to be charged at point of delivery an extra £48 customs tax, this was never clear when the item was purchased, particularly as I have purchased two other archer items and there was no additional charge. Disappointed.

5 Stars for Conrad, excellent product that oozes quality, good price, and fast informative service - despite oovid and Brexit. 2 Stars for UPS who couldn't give a time slot for delivery (even am or pm) unlike every other courier.
