As I have a VAT number I shouldn't have to pay VAT on the string I buy. However, to achieve this creates a very complicated procedure from TennisPro compared to other EU websites. Even though I went through this procedure I still got charged VAT! Website should be able to handle the fact that I have a VAT number and set the VAT due to zero.
I ordered NIKE NEW BALANCE 996 V5 PARIS CLAY COURT SHOES 41,5 tennis shoes with order no 500201740, but instead, you sent me the white shoes NIKE 8MM. Please correct your mistake and send me the tennis shoes that I have ordered and paid invoice no 23206220. One week ago L sent back the error delivery and despite sending you 2 e-mails asking when I would get my order I did not receive any information. I am very disappointed by your service I deeply regret that i placed oredr to your company, Andrzej Klimpel
Delivery way too slow for no reason when other companies within Europe can get orders to Ireland within 1-2 days. Cancelled as a result.

Slow delivery, costly returns
Firstly delivery is so slow. Over a week for an item from
Mainland Europe to Ireland!!
Secondly, the cost of returns negates any benefit in using the site. Most major retailers have free or low cost returns. €15 to return an item when added to the €7.90 to have it delivered means I won’t use the site again. Lots of other suppliers out there with better or no cost options.

It was very disapointing the fact you decline my purchase last week when you have had some problems with your data system.
I have seen the mentioned price of the item who was more then affordable, you charged my credit card and after few hours informed me my purchase was invalid. So it was quite dissatisfying experience for me.
