i bought the zero gravity chair from Relax the back stores in 2017. My sling was broken but the chair still looked great, so I was heartbroken at the thought of tossing it into the landfill. Luckily I thought to contact your customer service who guided me in the right direction , confirming the sling was replaceable and advising which sling type fit my chair. Its back to new again and looks PERFECT on my deck, fitting into my color scheme. I am back to enjoying the total relaxation of my zero gravity chair and happy about my purchase as well as Lafuma customer service!

My order #LU3259 Which includes a chair and cup holder are
waaaaaay overdue. The only reason for one star is that the page
wouldn’t let me continue with none. Imagine my chagrin when I received
a “satisfaction” query…Are you kidding…I will be seeking a way to settle

The Best Folding Outdoor Chairs
These are, without a doubt, the best folding outdoor chairs. I have a pair that I have owned for nearly 20 years and they are still going strong. The design of all Lafuma folding chairs eliminates that annoying bar across the front of the seat that always hits the back of the thighs when seated, and that means the chairs are not only durable, but comfortable as well. I highly recommend these folding outdoor chairs. Compared to the Lafuma chairs, everything else is just flimsy, overpriced and uncomfortable.

Older chair vs new chair
I like the long pad but, because I have an older chair (which has been great for many years) it does not have the wavy metal pieces on the chair up towards the top of the back. So, the upper clips have nothing to clip to. I've had to leave the upper part of the old sling material attached to support the upper part of the new pad. The innovation from elastic weaving to the clips is genius but I can't afford a new chair to make the clips work completely by themselves.

I had difficulty getting the web site to send me a return label. The "help" folks were responsive, but it took me many attempts. Finally, I had to take a photo of nothing for the ability to proceed to the next screen.
