We picked the RSXA Clip Batyline in Seigle and it is exactly as we expected - comfortable, light, zero gravity reclining. It feels stable and secure and it's easy to ease in and get out of. We inherited an older chair (the one with laces) from a friend, which is why we wanted another one, but I was surprised by how much sturdier/solid the RSXA feels with the clipped method. TThe Seigle color is a light beigy, which fits with everything. Loving it so far! I would highly recommend.
The only downside was the FedEX delivery. Our box arrived smashed in one corner and with one of the strap binds loose/broken. I didn't let the FedEx person leave until I checked that the chair was ok. I was also surprised the chair was not wrapped in anything.

My order #LU3259 Which includes a chair and cup holder are
waaaaaay overdue. The only reason for one star is that the page
wouldn’t let me continue with none. Imagine my chagrin when I received
a “satisfaction” query…Are you kidding…I will be seeking a way to settle
this through a better business agency.

Customer service is the best!
I purchased an RSX Clip XL chair. Upon arrival, I was a little disappointed in the packaging. The chair was loosely placed in a box, I think at least a plastic bag around the chair would make a big difference. Either way, it arrived showing wear from tumbling around the inside of the box and one of the plastic feet were broken. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
