We picked the RSXA Clip Batyline in Seigle and it is exactly as we expected - comfortable, light, zero gravity reclining. It feels stable and secure and it's easy to ease in and get out of. We inherited an older chair (the one with laces) from a friend, which is why we wanted another one, but I was surprised by how much sturdier/solid the RSXA feels with the clipped method. TThe Seigle color is a light beigy, which fits with everything. Loving it so far! I would highly recommend. The only downside was the FedEX delivery. Our box arrived smashed in one corner and with one of the strap binds loose/broken. I didn't let the FedEx person leave until I checked that the chair was ok. I was also surprised the chair was not wrapped in anything.

My order #LU3259 Which includes a chair and cup holder are waaaaaay overdue. The only reason for one star is that the page wouldn’t let me continue with none. Imagine my chagrin when I received a “satisfaction” query…Are you kidding…I will be seeking a way to settle this through a better business agency.

Customer service is terrible!

I love your chairs, but your customer service was terrible! The sling on my zero gravity chair lounger broke. I ordered what I thought was a replacement, but it turned out to be the wrong one, so I wrote to customer service. They sent me a link to one on your lafumaUK site, which of course doesn't deliver to US addresses. Then when I wrote back, the agent criticized me for not using the link they sent (I had already ordered the wrong replacement BEFORE I wrote to them, PLUS LafumaUK does not work for me in the US). I had to go back and forth 5 or 6 times for an issue that could have been solved with one email. Here's what they could have done: 1) Tell me there is no replacement sling for my chair on the US website. 2) Send me the actual link for the correct product on amazon. They did eventually give me this but not until many go-arounds. Please give your customer service agents some training, and offer a phone number where I could call to get help. Thanks!

I ordered and paid for two chairs. When arrived box said " two chairs" but there was only one there. So I have been cheated of my money from this company -- never again!
