Bought a set of brakes and all of their associated accessories. Everything wss packed and protected perfectly, no plastic in the packaging, I ordered on a Saturday and was provided with a tracking number on Sunday which I rid not expect, and I had them delivered (in the UK) on Thurdsay! Super happy with the ordering process and delivery. Of course the products were as expected, brand new and in undamaged packaging. I was also very happy I managed to find everything I needed in one place so good variety of products! I'd buy again in the future.
Something you could do better: price of the brakes delivered to my address in Greece (bike is there) was coming up €120 more expensive!? Not delivery charge, the actual price of the products changed as compared to having them delivered in the UK where I live and then of course I had to pay £116 import duty to the UK. Seems weird but even with the duty the overall price was very competitive.
