Ordered from the USA. It took a while, but I loved that they had an order tracker where I could check the status of my order. Great communication too with prompt responses.

Jakość vs czas oczekiwania
Jakość produktów oferowanych przez Playmaty jest, jak zawsze, na najwyższym poziomie. Jedyne, czego można byłoby chcieć, to obszycie maty gumowej po krawędziach (choć to na pewno wpłynęłoby na finalną cenę), ale brak takiego wykończenia nie jest czymś, co wpływałoby na ocenę.
Jedynym minusem jest wydłużenie czasu oczekiwania na zamówienie, choć, szczerze mówiąc, warto zaczekać.
Pomysł na szybko- być może rozwiązaniem byłoby poinformowanie już na etapie zamówienia, że czas oczekiwania wynosi między trzy a cztery tygodnie? Jeśli uda się zrealizować je wcześniej- to klient będzie jeszcze bardziej zadowolony, jeśli trzeba będzie czekać tych 28 dni, to klientowi oszczędzi się frustracji z powodu wydłużenia czasu oczekiwania.
Podsumowując- minusy nie są w stanie przesłonić plusów. Fajnie, że na polskim rynku jest przedsiębiorstwo oferujące tego typu produkty.

Sprawdziliśmy zamówienie i zostało ono złożone 12 marca, a wysyłka nastąpiła już 24 marca. Na naszej stronie informujemy, że dla standardowych produktów czas produkcji i wysyłki wynosi do 10 dni roboczych – w tym przypadku realizacja zajęła 7–8 dni roboczych, czyli w ramach deklarowanego terminu. :)

Thank you for your suggestion! We actually do offer mat containers separately, so you can order one together with your mat if needed.
For our latex mats, we also include a cardboard container with the order. For rubber mats, we don't currently include one by default, but the containers are available as a separate item.
