Ordering was so simple and straightforward. The puzzles arrived on time despite being ordered very close to Christmas, and the quality was really fantastic - they look and feel like the best jigsaws you would buy anywhere. I would have liked it to be easy to save puzzles during the ordering process so you could come back to them if you need to leave during the process, but other than that the service was flawless.

Puzzle you offer an exceptional service....Then ruin it by sending the gift in a box with 'Puzzle You' written all over it......A Christmas present for my wife is now ruined, because she accepted the delivery and it was blatantly obvious what the gift was..........A little forethought from a company who's products will be 99.9% gifts would have been nice!
