The product is perfect
The product in itself is perfect, as well as the service and communication. I had a problem with payment (due to technical issues tha payment has been done only next morning after order), which caused order cancellation a few days later, but with staff via email the solution arrived soon, as the product rigth away. The ordered shading is perfect, I wish I had paid more attention to the installation instructions :-) I should have glued the running rails further in, but that was my fault.

Nagyon profi cég. Egyedi méretű rolót rendeltünk a konyhaablakra és nagyon hamar el is készült. Minőségi, precíz kidolgozás. A roló láncszerkezete sérülten érkezett ( lehet, hogy a szállítás során sérült meg, ezt nem tudjuk) és amint jeleztem nekik a problémát, kérdés nélkül küldtek is helyette másikat. Bátran rendeljetek tőlük, megbízhatóak!

Az ablakot 10-18 között süti a nap, ezért hőzáró rolót rendeltem. A tok kizárólag az öntapadós rögzítést használva a napos órákban mindig leesett, emiatt meg kellett fúrni az ablakot. A hőzárótextilen van egy kb gombostűfej méretű lyuk és nem feszül ki tökéletesen.
Az apróbb szépséghibától eltekintve ugyanakkor felcsavarozás után működik, funkcióját betölti. A működtető mechanika eddig kifogástalan.
