Everything was perfect after receiving the order! I was a bit hesitant because there wasn't much information about them on other sites with ads and reviews, but I decided to give it a try! The only issue was the impossibility of checking the package upon receipt since it was a fairly significant amount! In the end, the products were as per the given measurements and very professionally executed! Recommend!

Purchasing blinds from you, I was positively surprised by the quality of the product and its protection, as the components, guides, and casings were covered with foil. Good quality materials, solid workmanship. Previously, I bought blinds from competitors and their guides were a disaster, better if they hadn't given any at all, but with you, they are great. I am very satisfied, recommendable products.

This is our second order with Rolmajstrze. The blinds are beautiful and functional (in the room with east-facing windows we installed thermal insulation ones - amazing! in other rooms we have different ones, with a natural texture - they are very beautiful). But a good product is just one part - I also want to praise the company for excellent customer service. Very friendly and precise phone contact and quick response to a complaint. If I need blinds again - I’m ordering only from Rolmajstrze:))))

Quick delivery, good quality of the blinds. Unfortunately, one of the blinds was assembled the opposite way than I ordered and contrary to the description provided on the packaging, i.e. the beads for raising the blind were near the handle instead of near the window hinge. I could not disassemble the blind (which is why I ordered assembled blinds, paying more). I asked for help, documenting the situation with photos. The only response I received was an offer to send a mechanism for raising the blind, which would not have solved my problem in any way. The only solution would have been to send a properly assembled blind. However, this proposal was not made and I did not have the strength to explain from the beginning again, so I gave up.

I wanted maximum darkening in the bedroom, so I chose the cassette version with U guides. After installation, it turned out that they darken less effectively than the ordinary blinds with cord guides also ordered for the living room - my mistake. A warning for others regarding cassette blinds. Before installation (sticking), be sure to adjust the position of the upper stopper on the chain - in my case, when rolling up, the end of the blind fell into the cassette, and pulling out the blind again required an hour-long struggle and lots of nerves.

An embarrassing but honest story. I made a mistake with the measurements, ordered and received blinds that probably won't be useful to me. But I called the company, where, speaking with the nice ladies in the sales department, I encountered kind understanding and received a 50% discount on the next order, which had already been corrected. That's nice.\nThe blinds are solidly made and I assume they will meet expectations. I suggest to the technologists to weight down the bottom bar (with lead, though perhaps better with gold), as especially on a slanted skylight window, the bottom bar doesn't slide sufficiently in the side tracks.

The mosquito net turned out to be a hit! The construction is really solid – the mesh is strong, with dense eyes, and it excellently protects against mosquitoes, flies, and small insects, without blocking air flow or darkening the room. ​Most positive aspects: ​Simple and hassle-free installation: Everything was perfectly matched, the installation took me only 1 minute. ​Discreet appearance: From outside and inside it is almost invisible, so the window still looks aesthetic.

Everything is fine, the delivered blind fits perfectly. A slightly clearer manual would be good, it should be modified. There should be an option to order for wooden windows because they don't have mounting strips, at least mine don't, and I had to improvise a bit with the dimensions. The material itself is okay, we'll see if the reflective side will pass the test by reducing the temperature in the room during summer. Best regards

At first glance, I thought they were hard to assemble! Fortunately, they are very easy to assemble! Don't forget to mount the magnetic plates on top, the rest is child's play! Quite high-quality even if they are made of slightly thicker paper! They block a bit of heat, not just external light! Regarding privacy, nothing can be seen inside at night with the light on!

Very well made blinds. The order processing went really smoothly. Note for new customers: consider about 0.5 cm of leeway for the glass size between the window frame during measurements. I didn't do this because I thought it would be done automatically and had a slight problem. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I wanted to lower the rating due to the packaging of the delivery, then there were installation issues. However, after the complaint service, I give it 5. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but the most important thing is the way they are resolved. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, so I highly recommend it.

I can only confirm positive things. We had ordered blinds. Unfortunately, one of the blinds was damaged, but it was immediately received back, and everything was quickly set in motion to get us a new blind, and that was done very kindly and very quickly, or rather, it was implemented immediately. We can only say we are very satisfied.

The frame meets expectations. It's a pity it doesn't have internal protruding elements to block it on the window frame edge, which happens especially with larger sizes. Disadvantages - Lack of information in the instructions on how to attach the mounting handle. The handle is white and contrasts sharply with the black mesh.

External finish of the blinds without remarks. The casing looks good, the golden oak color matches the color of the window frame. Out of the 9 ordered blinds, only 2 didn't require slight adjustments. The others, while unrolling, got blocked despite being glued with a spirit level. After mounting without guides, when unrolling you can see that the blind initially is closer to the left side of the frame and at the bottom overlaps the right (possibly due to imprecisely glued material on the roller). After sticking a small piece of paper tape on the roller, the material rolls better/straighter. When checking the blind without mounting, regardless of which way we slightly tilt the cassette, the material rolls on one side of the roller. Regarding the blackout material, it does not let light through, but after heating from the sun, it starts to slightly deform at the guides.

The product in itself is perfect, as well as the service and communication. I had a problem with payment (due to technical issues tha payment has been done only next morning after order), which caused order cancellation a few days later, but with staff via email the solution arrived soon, as the product rigth away. The ordered shading is perfect, I wish I had paid more attention to the installation instructions :-) I should have glued the running rails further in, but that was my fault.

Blackout blinds in PVC cassette (2 purchases). Custom-sized products cannot be returned. Good contact, but it's better to call yourself than to wait many days, with varying packaging - once well protected, once poorly (a paper tube where slats and blind should have been was alongside:D), once missing degreasing wipe and twice screws too short for the product. The product made exactly to measure. Noisy in operation and often the material falls out of the slats (weird construction - the slats do not adhere to the material but are set back from the edges of the material, and the material only moves midway along the slat width). Slats+blind to the entire length of the window frame, making them appear significantly protruding. Cassette blinds are 3 cm wider than the width of A - the muntins, that is 1.5 cm each side, and the cassette protrudes 5.5 cm - worth considering with narrow reveals as it could cause issues opening the window. I have no comparison to others but they darken very well (blackout material) hence 4 stars, despite material falling from slats - needs manual adjustment.

From the company Rolmajster, I have already ordered a second pair of thermal blinds in a PVC cassette, the first proved so good. The order was fulfilled very quickly, and the product met my expectations - the blinds provide very good darkening in the bedroom and also reduce the temperature in the room - and I have windows positioned in such a way that, especially in the summer, the sun hits them from the early morning, preventing me from sleeping and heating up the atmosphere. I sincerely recommend them. The only downside - the adhesive tape for the window frame on the wider blind came loose after a while, but I replaced it with one with a higher load capacity without major issues, and everything works fine. Additionally, they can also be mounted with screws, although I didn't want to damage the window frame.

I'll say this: The service and assistance are at a very high level, I am very satisfied with the people working there who really approach matters professionally, and not to mention the execution of the day and night blinds I ordered, fast delivery without any issues, friendly service at a very high level. I would like to thank you for everything, it's rare that the people serving the customer are so involved to ensure the customer is satisfied, the packages were very well packed, nothing was damaged even though they traveled quite a way to Holland. Nagyon profi cég. Egyedi méretű rolót rendeltünk a konyhaablakra és nagyon hamar el is készült. Minőségi, precíz kidolgozás. A roló láncszerkezete sérülten érkezett ( lehet, hogy a szállítás során sérült meg, ezt nem tudjuk) és amint jeleztem nekik a problémát, kérdés nélkül küldtek is helyette másikat. Bátran rendeljetek tőlük, megbízhatóak!
