The order was dispatched lightning-fast. The package was missing a few elements, but the store reacted immediately after reporting and quickly sent the missing products.
Excellent contact with the seller, professional service, and a very good approach to the customer.
Both the curtain rods and covers are aesthetic, solidly made, and of good quality. I definitely recommend the store and will gladly shop here again!

Super fast delivery, all cuts fit well as always 😀 the fly screens are already installed, everything is excellent 😀\nThe only minor issue is the rather thin packaging or the handling by the delivery person, the box was quite damaged and partially open, but nothing was missing and everything was intact\nThank you very much\nThis was definitely my 5th order from rolmajster 😀

Everything is perfect. Beautiful product.
The only issue we had was with the roller blind mechanism on our window; it was too close to the plastic strip holding the window pane. We had to shift the blind's mounting casing slightly (by a few millimeters). It still looks good, but for situations like this, a few close-up photos of the installation—showing how much adjustment room there is—would be helpful. That way, one could order a narrower product if the window presents such a challenge. Otherwise, the product works perfectly and looks absolutely stunning. It was very easy to install, even on this tricky window.

1. Very good order, 2. unfortunately not, quick help & refund
After my first really positive order of a curtain rail, I needed another curtain rail and a wall molding for additional rooms. The wall molding is great, but the curtain rail was unfortunately not so good this time. Both bends had cracks at the bottom and there were generally many poorly deburred areas. Since the first order was excellent, I assume the second order was really just an exception. However, I quickly and easily received a generous refund. I would order from there again anytime.

excellent, good quality
I ordered a roller blind with thermal coating for our windows. (1.70m wide and 2.40m high) a lot of choice in fabrics and colors, then selected the type of mounting and the side of the chain pull and ordered. paid with PayPal and after four days it was there! Mounted and found to be very good. Ordered for the second room as well, arrived in four days. gladly again

Everything was perfect after receiving the order!
I was a bit hesitant because there wasn't much information about them on other sites with ads and reviews, but I decided to give it a try!
The only issue was the impossibility of checking the package upon receipt since it was a fairly significant amount! In the end, the products were as per the given measurements and very professionally executed!
Recommend!

Purchasing blinds from you, I was surprised...
Purchasing blinds from you, I was positively surprised by the quality of the product and its protection, as the components, guides, and casings were covered with foil. Good quality materials, solid workmanship. Previously, I bought blinds from competitors and their guides were a disaster, better if they hadn't given any at all, but with you, they are great. I am very satisfied, recommendable products.

The blinds are beautiful, well made, the execution time was in accordance with the agreement. The only complaint I have is about the screws for the wall that are supplied with the blinds. It is worth using others because in both blinds the screws broke after tightening and it was necessary to make new holes next to them to insert new plugs.

Highly recommend:)))
This is our second order with Rolmajstrze. The blinds are beautiful and functional (in the room with east-facing windows we installed thermal insulation ones - amazing! in other rooms we have different ones, with a natural texture - they are very beautiful). But a good product is just one part - I also want to praise the company for excellent customer service. Very friendly and precise phone contact and quick response to a complaint. If I need blinds again - I’m ordering only from Rolmajstrze:))))

I am very satisfied although some things were sent incorrectly or in insufficient quantity. After I contacted them, they were quickly and hassle-freely re-delivered, and an apology was offered. This is not something to be taken for granted nowadays.
They seem to look very good. The price-performance ratio is fair.
Thank you

A little good, a little bad
Quick delivery, good quality of the blinds. Unfortunately, one of the blinds was assembled the opposite way than I ordered and contrary to the description provided on the packaging, i.e. the beads for raising the blind were near the handle instead of near the window hinge. I could not disassemble the blind (which is why I ordered assembled blinds, paying more). I asked for help, documenting the situation with photos. The only response I received was an offer to send a mechanism for raising the blind, which would not have solved my problem in any way. The only solution would have been to send a properly assembled blind. However, this proposal was not made and I did not have the strength to explain from the beginning again, so I gave up.

Opinion
Simple, fast, and uncomplicated installation. The material I chose darkens the room perfectly. The only thing I noticed is that if you want the material to fit perfectly in width within the guides and there are no gaps that let light through, you need to add 5mm to 10mm to the measured width of the window.

Advice for cassette blinds.
I wanted maximum darkening in the bedroom, so I chose the cassette version with U guides. After installation, it turned out that they darken less effectively than the ordinary blinds with cord guides also ordered for the living room - my mistake.
A warning for others regarding cassette blinds. Before installation (sticking), be sure to adjust the position of the upper stopper on the chain - in my case, when rolling up, the end of the blind fell into the cassette, and pulling out the blind again required an hour-long struggle and lots of nerves.

Contact with the seller was seamless. Before placing the order, a clear instruction for window measurement was provided. The dimensions and execution of the blind were in accordance with the order. The product was secured in a way that ensured safe transport. A detailed installation guide was attached to the blind.

An Embarrassing Story
An embarrassing but honest story. I made a mistake with the measurements, ordered and received blinds that probably won't be useful to me. But I called the company, where, speaking with the nice ladies in the sales department, I encountered kind understanding and received a 50% discount on the next order, which had already been corrected. That's nice.\nThe blinds are solidly made and I assume they will meet expectations. I suggest to the technologists to weight down the bottom bar (with lead, though perhaps better with gold), as especially on a slanted skylight window, the bottom bar doesn't slide sufficiently in the side tracks.

The mosquito net turned out to be a hit! The construction is really solid – the mesh is strong, with dense eyes, and it excellently protects against mosquitoes, flies, and small insects, without blocking air flow or darkening the room.
Most positive aspects:
Simple and hassle-free installation: Everything was perfectly matched, the installation took me only 1 minute.
Discreet appearance: From outside and inside it is almost invisible, so the window still looks aesthetic.

Interior window blind with reflective coating
Everything is fine, the delivered blind fits perfectly. A slightly clearer manual would be good, it should be modified. There should be an option to order for wooden windows because they don't have mounting strips, at least mine don't, and I had to improvise a bit with the dimensions. The material itself is okay, we'll see if the reflective side will pass the test by reducing the temperature in the room during summer.
Best regards

Worth it. Recommend
At first glance, I thought they were hard to assemble! Fortunately, they are very easy to assemble! Don't forget to mount the magnetic plates on top, the rest is child's play! Quite high-quality even if they are made of slightly thicker paper! They block a bit of heat, not just external light! Regarding privacy, nothing can be seen inside at night with the light on!

Day Night Blind
The day night blind is somewhat okay, the chosen material is visually pleasing and can be easily handled. Installation is straightforward, although I would have liked a way to stick the cord fastening elements.\nUnfortunately, the material of the blind was not cut evenly and the difference is noticeable when it's rolled up and even when stretched out.\nThe middle element doesn't stay in place well and tends to fall on its own and therefore can't be used.\nMore attention to quality control.\nI ordered a sample piece for a larger order but I don't think I will order again.

Very well made blinds. The order processing went really smoothly. Note for new customers: consider about 0.5 cm of leeway for the glass size between the window frame during measurements. I didn't do this because I thought it would be done automatically and had a slight problem. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
