Review summary
Customers consistently praise the chairs and desks for their comfort, ergonomic support, and suitability for long-term use. The high build quality, sturdy construction, and premium materials are frequently highlighted. Assembly is generally considered straightforward with clear instructions, and fast, reliable delivery is often appreciated. Customer support is widely regarded as responsive and helpful, especially in resolving complaints and providing replacement parts. The stylish, modern, and customizable designs, along with a variety of color options, are also positively received. Adjustable features such as armrests, headrests, lumbar support, and seat height add to the overall appeal. Many reviewers feel the products offer good value for the price. Some customers mention minor issues with cushions or fit, occasional concerns about specific elements or long-term durability, and report that certain manuals can be unclear or that assembly steps can be difficult due to problematic screws. There are also complaints about delayed shipments or delivery services not meeting expectations. While customer support is generally strong, a few customers experienced unresolved issues. Some note discrepancies between product images and actual items, and wish for a greater range or smoother mechanisms for adjustable features. A handful question whether the quality matches higher price points.

Great chair
As for the chair's appearance, it looks a bit different from the photos (e.g., it's darker), but that's not a flaw. I already had an x-horn before, but in the eco-leather version, and I feel that this fabric one is much more comfortable (the cushions are softer + the butt and back don't sweat as much). Additionally, very detailed adjustment of both the backrest and armrests (which are also suitably soft, not made of hard plastic like in chairs from other brands). The chair is definitely worth my money.

Diablo Chairs X-Ray is the best part of the day 👍
Diablo Chairs X-Ray is a wonderful and comfortable chair. I bought it in white. It looks beautiful by the desk. Modern design and superb craftsmanship. Every detail of the craftsmanship is considered. It is very comfortable. It has the ability to adjust the position to fit your body shape. I also bought a footrest that fulfills its role and complements the comfort of use.
I recommend Diablo Chairs 100%!

Good purchase
Everything perfect, the table is beautiful and comfortable, the screen stand very robust and practical, all of good quality. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that the assembly instructions are not entirely clear and that the desk board does not have the holes for the computer tower support, so we have not dared to install it for fear of damaging the desk. The rest, a 10. Highly recommended.

A very well made chair!
The build quality is exceptional, for this price I don't think you can get anything better, at least in some countries. I really like the colors, the fabric material and overall quality, it looks and feels like a premium chair. I'm very happy with the purchase, what could be improved it's the web page, a short video about 3-5 minutes, showing the quality of the chairs, materials and most important, close up video of the parts and where they connect each other, personally searching for a good chair I was looking to see if it's sturdy, if the materials are well made. A video would make it easier to see the quality of the materials and parts.
Finally I found a good chair, so I'm thankful for that diablo team!

The quality is good, and with the material, only time will tell how good the quality actually is. A note on assembly, which I came across: Some screws were not fully tightened, so I had to tighten them myself. I understand that assembly takes place in Poland and that there, they might be eager to quickly reach production targets, but please check the tightness of the screws.

Nice chair but...
Nice chair, great accessories. However, I would add padding in certain areas that don't require it, but would make the problem go unnoticed. Other than that, great.
Great lumbar pillow, nicely hidden closure. I would only change the armrests to those with the option to lock the chosen position.
Aside from these small details, the chair itself performs well after 2 weeks of use.

I am using the chair Diablo Chairs X
I have been using the chair Diablo Chairs X.Eye Prime for two weeks. The quality of workmanship is very good. The upholstery fabric is pleasant to the touch. The seat is slightly hard. The chair has adjustable lumbar support. It can be adjusted to your profile. No strange pillows are needed. The only pillow is on the headrest. It has magnetic attachments, so you can attach it in any comfortable place. Overall impressions are positive. With a clear conscience, I can recommend this model. It is worth its price.

The X-HORN 2 Chair
The X-HORN 2.0 normal Rainbow Grey chair I purchased is fantastic, comfortable, and of great quality. Truly an excellent purchase! Absolute praise for the post-sales service: following a minor issue, the support assisted me quickly and professionally, with utmost professionalism. A serious company that takes care of the customer even after the purchase. Highly recommended!

The chair has pleasantly surprised me.
It is very comfortable, has a firm and stable structure, and for my son — who is 186 cm tall — the XL size fits perfectly: the backrest reaches well, the seat has enough depth, and the posture is much better than with other lower chairs.
The ergonomics are good, the lumbar cushion helps, and the armrests are practical for studying.
The overall feeling is of comfort and stability.
The only detail that doesn't convince me is the mesh fabric:
if it rubs directly against the skin it’s quite rough, so in shorts or without a shirt it’s not pleasant to sit. With normal clothing, there's no problem, but it's something to be aware of.

The craftsmanship quality of the table is simply stunning.
The craftsmanship quality of the table is simply stunning, the ease of assembly is also superb.
Regarding the chairs, my chair player one fits perfectly with my requirements, though I think the armrests could be more "stable" and it’s not about not tightening the screws haha. Ignoring all that, everything is great. Regarding the second chair, the armrest span is slightly too wide for my partner, who wants to sit comfortably and struggles to reach them with her elbow. They are pushed as far inward as possible, but that hardly improves things. I think it’s an issue of her not considering the dimensions, so I don't view it as a problem, just a subjective opinion.

This is already my third chair Player One
This is already my third Diablo Chairs Player One chair, on which I have worked. Until now, I had one at home and another at the company. The one at the company lasted 2 years, it was an XL version that I do not recommend if you are not 2 meters tall. I am 191 cm and the XL version was too big for me, I couldn't support the lumbar region against the backrest because the seat was too long. Later, I bought the Normal version for home, and it fit perfectly. Very comfortable, and you can work on it for a long time. The only thing I would change while keeping the current price is that the tilt lock should be on both sides. Because my first chair, the XL version in the company, deformed there, and the backrest gradually tilted to one side until it eventually created a moment that damaged the seat base on the other side near the screws that secure the backrest angle regulator to the seat. Yes, I work a lot at the computer, about 50 hours a week, and I weighed 120 kg, so such a defect is not new to me. However, the comfort of work outweighed the durability, and I bought the third Player One in the Normal version (the same as I have at home). For this price, it's hard to find another chair on which to work so comfortably, especially if you find a good deal, like I did. Recommended as a solution for medium-sized budgets for people with a weight significantly below 120 kg. :-)

X One king size
I bought the X One king size... i underestimated the measurements... and i do not regret it. Most comfortable and best quality chair i've ever had, though the back pillow is a bit flat for me, and the neck pillow is a bit too thick for me.
You Should have told that the wheel base thing is not all metal, it just has a metal ring in it, but if it is enough on the long run, i will not complain.

Very nice and comfortable chair. Very satisfied with the purchase! Premium materials and exceptional design. Luckily, I found this solution for my gaming room. I much preferred this solution over the big brands because I believe in smaller businesses like Diablo chairs that have nothing to envy from the competition. Well done! Keep it up :D

Hello, this is my second gaming chair King that I bought, and I got the same one except for the color. I am an imposing person and the King is really well-suited both in comfort and aesthetics! A big strong point for DIABLO is the delivery speed. I live in France, I ordered on Monday evening and received my chair on Friday morning around 9:30! Bravo for this quality of material and this delivery speed.

For this price 10/10.
Very well packed and easy to assemble.\nComfortable and tall with the possibility of light rocking.\nThe wheels roll so smoothly that I glide like on ice.\nI mounted the armrests in reverse because I prefer them closer to the back and I don't use the neck pillow.\nFor this price 10/10.\nThe package with stickers, lanyard, and other gadgets is a kind gesture but completely unnecessary for me - if I had the option, I would have opted out of it upon purchase ;)

Products ok, delivery weak
Ordered products - chair and mat are worth their price. The pouf is a bit weaker. I have reservations about the DPD delivery - the courier refused to deliver the package with the chair - maybe I missed something when placing the order regarding delivery details, but if it weren't for my husband - who brought the package into the house - I wouldn't have received this delivery.

Once assembled - cannot be disassembled.
I had to buy a new chair as I couldn't separate the base from the piston in any way. It seems like a business tactic not aimed at repair. I watched guides, used liters of wd 40 and svitol. I hammered on the piston while pulling the base. No use. I tried with an angle grinder but caused damage because I couldn't properly get between the base's spokes. Something more user-friendly and easy to disassemble would be preferable for replacement. Both economically and environmentally, wasting unnecessarily is foolish.

Everything good
Everything is good. The only thing I miss in this chair is a wider range of adjustment for the armrests. I would like at least the option to move them forward and backward and raise them higher. The maximum height is still somewhat too low.
However, the material the chair is made of is excellent, the cushions are comfortable, and the chair itself is sufficiently soft and resilient.

Super customer service
Very fast shipment! Unfortunately, one part of the chair was found to be broken. After sending photos via email, I contacted the company via the hotline. The consultant was very friendly and factual, quickly found the order and the photos I sent and promptly processed the complaint, the same day the company created a shipment sending a new part. They didn't require the return of the damaged part, which would have been a waste of time and costs.
The chair is super comfortable, it's been used by us for almost two months almost daily.
The material seems to be of really good quality, the craftsmanship is very aesthetic, I really like that, probably as the only chair in this budget, it has metal, not plastic legs!
Additionally, the contact with the company and the customer-focused approach - definitely a plus.
I highly recommend, I will only take more chairs from you :).
