I wanted to lower the rating due to the packaging of the delivery, then there were installation issues. However, after the complaint service, I give it 5. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but the most important thing is the way they are resolved. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, so I highly recommend it.

Good price, fast shipping, clear instructions for measurement and assembly. I was a bit afraid that I wouldn't be able to hang it by myself, but literally 10 minutes and the window is done. Additionally, it turned out really even - also thanks to the good mounting tape they add.

I can only confirm positive things. We had ordered blinds. Unfortunately, one of the blinds was damaged, but it was immediately received back, and everything was quickly set in motion to get us a new blind, and that was done very kindly and very quickly, or rather, it was implemented immediately. We can only say we are very satisfied.

The frame meets expectations. It's a pity it doesn't have internal protruding elements to block it on the window frame edge, which happens especially with larger sizes. Disadvantages - Lack of information in the instructions on how to attach the mounting handle. The handle is white and contrasts sharply with the black mesh.

External finish of the blinds without remarks. The casing looks good, the golden oak color matches the color of the window frame. Out of the 9 ordered blinds, only 2 didn't require slight adjustments. The others, while unrolling, got blocked despite being glued with a spirit level. After mounting without guides, when unrolling you can see that the blind initially is closer to the left side of the frame and at the bottom overlaps the right (possibly due to imprecisely glued material on the roller). After sticking a small piece of paper tape on the roller, the material rolls better/straighter. When checking the blind without mounting, regardless of which way we slightly tilt the cassette, the material rolls on one side of the roller. Regarding the blackout material, it does not let light through, but after heating from the sun, it starts to slightly deform at the guides.

The product in itself is perfect, as well as the service and communication. I had a problem with payment (due to technical issues tha payment has been done only next morning after order), which caused order cancellation a few days later, but with staff via email the solution arrived soon, as the product rigth away. The ordered shading is perfect, I wish I had paid more attention to the installation instructions :-) I should have glued the running rails further in, but that was my fault.

Blackout blinds in PVC cassette (2 purchases). Custom-sized products cannot be returned. Good contact, but it's better to call yourself than to wait many days, with varying packaging - once well protected, once poorly (a paper tube where slats and blind should have been was alongside:D), once missing degreasing wipe and twice screws too short for the product. The product made exactly to measure. Noisy in operation and often the material falls out of the slats (weird construction - the slats do not adhere to the material but are set back from the edges of the material, and the material only moves midway along the slat width). Slats+blind to the entire length of the window frame, making them appear significantly protruding. Cassette blinds are 3 cm wider than the width of A - the muntins, that is 1.5 cm each side, and the cassette protrudes 5.5 cm - worth considering with narrow reveals as it could cause issues opening the window. I have no comparison to others but they darken very well (blackout material) hence 4 stars, despite material falling from slats - needs manual adjustment.

From the company Rolmajster, I have already ordered a second pair of thermal blinds in a PVC cassette, the first proved so good. The order was fulfilled very quickly, and the product met my expectations - the blinds provide very good darkening in the bedroom and also reduce the temperature in the room - and I have windows positioned in such a way that, especially in the summer, the sun hits them from the early morning, preventing me from sleeping and heating up the atmosphere. I sincerely recommend them. The only downside - the adhesive tape for the window frame on the wider blind came loose after a while, but I replaced it with one with a higher load capacity without major issues, and everything works fine. Additionally, they can also be mounted with screws, although I didn't want to damage the window frame.

I'll say this: The service and assistance are at a very high level, I am very satisfied with the people working there who really approach matters professionally, and not to mention the execution of the day and night blinds I ordered, fast delivery without any issues, friendly service at a very high level. I would like to thank you for everything, it's rare that the people serving the customer are so involved to ensure the customer is satisfied, the packages were very well packed, nothing was damaged even though they traveled quite a way to Holland. Once again, thank you for the professionalism, best regards, Marcin Amsterdam 🤗

We bought a roller blind. We are very satisfied, it fits perfectly and is of very good quality. We are particularly satisfied with your service. A private issue was handled very quickly and well by your employee. A replacement part that we needed was also sent to us within two days. We are super satisfied and are glad to have gotten to know your company.

I bought blackout blinds 38mm wide and 240cm in width. The blind is solid, it does not bend despite this width. The mechanism works well, the blind does not lower by itself. It darkens 100%. For me, the blind could be 1cm closer to the wall because it is 2cm away.

Quick and uncomplicated processing, good goods as per the description and my expectations. It was already the second purchase from this seller and if there is another need, I will order from you again. With kind regards, Sven K.

I recommend this store. Very polite and professional service over the phone. I had the pleasure of speaking with the gentleman who completed my order. Very friendly and professional. Thanks to such service, you really want to return to this store. Warm regards.

the roller covering is quite ok, but the mounting is very delicate. The clips are exclusively made of plastic; since I use the roller only for decorative purposes, it might hold. For daily use, it seems too weak to me. Overall, I am satisfied with reservations. Addition: I must say BEWARE! After my review, I received an email with the suggestion to change the review, and I was offered 20 euros. Review manipulation, unfair. Also, the description of the roller is exactly as it is; as an interior decorator, I can certainly judge that.

Unfortunately, some items were missing in the last order, like 2 chain tensioners. When ordering the mosquito net, I couldn't input its height because only 150 was available, and I needed 153. But overall, I am satisfied and recommended the store to a friend. The instructions are a complete failure.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of custom-made mosquito nets and honestly admit that I have already recommended this company twice. The biggest advantage is the placement of the seal on the inside, so it is not exposed to adverse weather conditions. It seems obvious, yet at the more expensive competition it was outside, which in my opinion was a complete misunderstanding... If you have doubts about measuring, I'll add that the mosquito net overlaps 1.5 cm on the window frame on each side. It's a very large margin ;) I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I ordered day/night blinds in a PVC cassette for one window as a test and... now I'm ordering for the entire apartment. Fantastic speed (I placed the order on Sunday and by Tuesday I was enjoying the new blinds!). The execution is ok - in line with the given dimensions. Nothing was missing for installation. The shipment was well packed - nothing could have been damaged during transport. Prices are also ok though a discount coupon would be nice for future orders. I highly recommend this seller.

Mini day-night blinds. The main reason for purchase was the need to replace day-night blinds from another, much more expensive company near Pułtusk. The mechanisms there fell apart after a year just from 'looking' at them, and to buy new parts from them - they had already changed the line and such parts are no longer available :) Rolmajster blinds are perfectly fine, and I intend to buy pleated blinds for skylight windows as well :)

The screen was 2.40m long, although 1.70m was ordered and that's what it said. It was also slightly frayed at the edges, which could have been fixed with some heat beforehand. The maximum width is not the entire roll but only the screen width. This is not clear when ordering. Luckily, I had enough tolerance, so it wasn't a problem. Also, the screen is not neatly placed in the closing bar, forming slight wrinkles. All in all, not that bad, but for the price, you can give it a maximum of 4 stars.
