At first it seems a bit sketchy when you do not get an order confirmation via email. I had an internet problem and was not able to write down my ordernumber, and because it seems the shop does not work with confirmation emails I had serious doubts if anything will arrive at first.
My customer request was replied to the second day after.
Shipping is fast.
