Customers are generally pleased with the prompt delivery of their orders, the quality of the products received, and the competitive pricing, which many feel offers good value for money. The website is frequently described as user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the shopping process smooth. Additionally, the wide selection and variety of products available receives positive feedback, and many appreciate the helpful and prompt responses from customer service.
However, some customers experience delays or long wait times for delivery and note occasional issues with packaging or product damage. There are also reports of problems with order fulfillment, such as non-delivery, lost packages, or confusion regarding order status. While some find customer service helpful, others are dissatisfied with poor communication or a lack of support.

Converse high tops arrived in around a week and were as described but packaging was of very poor standard and box was nearly in bits by the time it was delivered

I ordered my runners and was told it would take a few days to arrive and I had them within a week. They are perfect and so comfortable. I would recommend to order the next size up as I did.

The long wait for my parcel to arrive is my only grievance. My package arrived this afternoon and it was in perfect condition. The sandals were exactly what I ordered and they fit perfectly. Delighted with them.

I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks from Shooos and was expecting a delivery time of over 5 weeks going by the reviews. However I received my parcel within a week from the date I purchased them.
Thank you

Delivery quite slow, but the shoes I ordered were cheaper here than on their own website and are extremely comfortable. Vibea Zumas.

Placed order then recieved multiple emails back to.back asking for payment even though I paid. Then recieved an email with recipt of payment followed by an email stating my order was cancelled for no payment. Had to ring only for them to confirm they did recieve payment but gave me a new order # all very strange and unnecessary. As for the shoes can't comment aa they still have not been delivered.
