Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the status of your order. As stated at the time of purchase, prescription orders are custom-made and require approximately 4–6 weeks for production before they are ready to ship. The review request you received is sent automatically to customers approximately 3 weeks after purchase and is not related to the production status of your order. Your order is still within the expected production timeframe, and we will send you an update as soon as it is ready for dispatch. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, your email was sent on Saturday when our customer service team is not in office, as we are closed on weekends. We replied as soon as possible first thing Monday morning once we reopened. We always aim to respond promptly during business hours and appreciate your understanding. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
