They have been very attentive and very fast. The necklaces are beautiful and, although they are a bit stiff, they look great on them.

We received our pink Brott collar and lead set yesterday and we were really pleased with how they look on Poppy, our one year old rescue dog from puppyrescuespain.com
The packaging was beautiful, with a handwritten card thanking us for our business, which we thought was such a nice thing to do. So a huge thank you to all the staff at Brott and continue to do what you do. We love it ♥️ xx

Delighted
They are super friendly, always address your inquiries and solve them. Both the purchase and the shipping were great, and what can I say about the product quality, 10 out of 10. Our little dog is getting used to her new bed, which she will undoubtedly enjoy a lot. Thank you for everything!

I recently bought a collar and a leash for my dog and I couldn't be more satisfied. The products are of very good quality and have a very chic design; you can tell they are well made.
Moreover, the shopping experience was impeccable. The order tracking was clear at all times and the delivery arrived without problems. I recommend this site 100% for its professionalism and the quality of its articles.
