Firstly for the premium quality of the product ordered and received, total satisfaction.
Secondly, although the initial delivery had failed (never got to my place, parcel had been most probably lost by the apointed carrier), the Holland Watch Group customer service very quickly responded back to me by email with a very effective corrective action, which made the second order internationally delivered within 3 days!!! Great experience overall, thanks to Wendy !
Utilise un livreur nommé "Colis privé " qui ne fait pas son travail.
Il est annoncé une livraison faite dans ma boîte aux lettres quand celle-ci est désespérément vide !
J'ai porté réclamation, en réponse il est indiqué que cette réclamation sera traitée d'ici 7 jours ouvrés, soit dans 9 jours au mieux...

Utilise un livreur nommé "Colis privé " qui ne fait pas son travail.
Il est annoncé une livraison faite dans ma boîte aux lettres quand celle-ci est désespérément vide !

On est désolés d'apprendre que le colis n'est pas livré comme indiqué par le facteur et les services postaux.
On vá vous contacter par email, car dans les situations comme celle-ci il fat toujours lancer une enquête et ça prends quelques jours.
En tout cas on vous contacte par email et on vá tout faire pour vous résoudre cette situation, car la satisfaction client est notre priorité.

DHL. I paid a premium for express delivery. The delivery was with DHL. Not only was the service not "premium" it was probably the worst service experience possible. From their inability to deliver, inability to track the package coupled with horrific and incompetent customer service. Finally after 12 days I had to go to their distribution center to pick up the package myself. The experience was enough that I would never do business with you again. As a company you should seriously reconsider your reliance on DHL, their performance impacts your reputation and customer satisfaction.

We are sorry to read about this review, especially because you are rating our customer service as very poor, but we never received any email or communication from you about the delivery problem. We are not sure where is the rating coming from, if you never dealt with us.
If we are not notified, by phone or email, about any issue related to deliveries, I hope you understand we cannot help.
We can only see now, after you reporting this issue to us now, that DHL tried to deliver the package but the recipient was not home, for this reason the package was left at the pick up point.

According to the information provided to me, the order was scheduled for delivery on October 19th. However, today, on October 22nd, the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered. In reality, I have not received any package, and my mailbox remains empty.
I have not received any notifications from the courier service or the postal service regarding the delivery.
