Highest professional standard
The sheet music arrived within the announced timeframe (10 days). I like everything about it: the printing quality, the size of the notation, the page-turn layout, and the solo part edition prepared by Sol Gabetta. Everything is of a high professional standard. I generally like Schott editions because they are neat and easy to read. Thank you :)

Excellent service
I have bought recently several books (in PDF) from Schott. The service has been everythin what one wants with online shopping: clear payment information, quick delivery of the goods and when it was necessary to contact Customer Service, everything was solved very rapidly. The books that I bought were as announced and provided what I was looking for, an useful guide for self-learning an instrument, with clear directions, useful music examples and a clear path. Recommended.

Dedicated perfection
For the last 30 years I have used schott editions because I have found that they are the most clear and concise. I have a vast collection now and continue to buy more. I thank them for their dedication and consistency that have given me tremendous joy for many many years.

EDIZIONI DIGITALI
Bravi

I purchase sheet music from your company in Japan. Outside of the major cities, there are very few bookstores in Japan that specialize in classical sheet music for the recorder or saxophone.
Since it’s difficult to gauge the difficulty level or style based on the title alone, the ability to view a PDF preview makes it much easier for me to make a purchase.
If possible, there are many pieces I would love to purchase if you could convert out-of-print sheet music—even those no longer available from the publisher—into PDF format for digital purchase.
I look forward to your continued support.

Customer service was very responsive to me. I accidentally bought two copies of the same online score and I got the refund back quickly after I sent an email.
However, I wish it was easier to find the email to use and that the voice message on the answering machine had an English option for those who don’t understand German. And also that the website generates a confirmation after a purchase of online scores. That was the reason I accidentally bought two of the same kind.
That said, I am very happy with how customer service handled my issue. Thank you!

excellent service!
Excellent service, and easy to follow process in ordering. It is most convenient to be able to pay through Amazon. A question I had was promptly and courteously resolved by email. Highly recommended!

Service ok, music sheet small
I bought a pdf. The shop was ok, I got it immediatelly. Only the size of the score was not too readable for me. (Size, alignement)
So I typed it in to musescore and printed onto an A4 page. Its more readable for me in this form.
I atttached a photo.

I bought some books in PDF format and everything went well with my orders. In one of these orders I ordered the two volumes of a book but only got sent a link to download one of them. After contacting their customers' service, I got a response quickly and everything was solved. Recommended.

Rare find of high quality!
The score is hard to find get affordably, priced end of high-quality! It is easy to read, so I can focus less on discerning an old scratchy copy and focus more on bringing life and artistic vibrancy to the music!

Excellent! One of the few places that I could find this particular music book, which I need for band rehearsal and it arrived quickly. Many thanks.

I liked the fast answer and easy flowing business, however the site does seems to work on Sundays, which is understandable after all.

Easy process; tracking is an issue
Very easy to find what we were looking for and to order. UPS tracking information should be improved. We were sent an incorrect number in the invoice, which pointed to DHL'S website, where it said "this number cannot be found" or something near to that. The number was invalid for UPS when we entered it there. Regardless the package arrived last evening and we will be opening it later today with pleasure.

Everything worked - would love movement index in the file
Everything worked: would have been nice to have the possibility to download the sheet music of each movement separately, for easier navigation once it was on a reader
