Product was good quality and as described. I bought a damascus steel knife, the pattern was visible but a bit more feint than expected. The knife was razor sharp out if the box and packaging was fine. Delivery was very slow. It arrived almost a week later than the estimated delivery date which was disappointing as it was intended to be a gift so let me down. I would use this site again but not on a deadline

Love the product. However, despite your website promising quick delivery from own supplies, my pan, ordered on the 4th, promised for the 11th and arrived on the 16th. It had been sent from the Netherlands via France to Ireland. Having arrived at UPS in Dublin, they provided their usual dump on the doorstep, regardless of the weather service, dumping it a few days after they received it. It was retrieved from said doorstep, unfortunately by the intended recipient, as the surprise gift rather spoilt by the handle of the pan, which was in clear sight, having punctured the box, due to totally inadequate packing. There was nothing to stop the pan bashing against the sides of the box during transit. Less that a stellar service! Shame.
