Absolutely fantastic service. Got an unbelievable deal on a Benchmade 940 Osborne which was on your
“ deal of the day “ a couple of weeks ago.
I know it was a standard 940 with aluminium scales in S30V blade steel , but as a dairy farmer, I use & admittedly abuse my knives on a daily basis, so paying an exorbitant price for the same knife in one of those fancy new super steels like magnacut or Magnamax was never going to happen. So a huge Thank you to Knives & Tools for allowing me to own one of these fantastic knives at a price that I don’t have to worry about it.

Easy to use and trully does the job perfect. Sharped my knifes fast and easy. Had one knife in bad condition and after some time using your tool my knife cuts like new again.

I was looking for the new knives for some time already. With the support of AI search i came across this company that sells quality product within affordable price for domestic use as I wouldn't need anything overly expensive. I like Japanese knife style they meet my needs. So I purchased chef and pair knives of which Quality of the product was as described, shipping was smooth and in time. Its always a pleasure to buy from Knives and Tools. Such a great range of items and prices that are always very favourable compared to other retailers. The tracking on the parcel worked perfectly from door to door, items were well boxed and arrived quickly. The custom engraving on the knives was exactly as I wanted it done.
Very pleased with how it all worked out. Will definitely be back again

The product itself and the engraving is excellent. The only thing can be improved is how the engraving is shown while you are ordering online. The font size as compared to the knife itself, but I received the product with the engraving in perfect proportion and position. I just got worried a bit on that.
Shipping and packaging is okay. Arrived in good condition. Just expect the product to arrive a week after the order date.
I will definitely order again.

Beavercraft Ax6
This is a lovely little axe. Very well balanced and nicely made. It was dull out of the box with a convex grind, still had burrs on it. I ended up regrinding it with a file and wet and dry paper to a polished finish. Very happy with it now.

I think ye are a great service,,But,,
I think ye are a great service and I continue to give ye 5 stars but I would have to say, returning an item is a bit complicate especially expecting someone to have a printer at home to complete the process

Best all-round knife and tool retailer in the business
You respond to customers. You’re polite quick and responsive. You sell a great selection of gear. Your shipping is quick. I’ve never had a problem with it. You provide education on a variety of topics. Frankly, I don’t know how you do it. If you don’t love your work, you certainly seem to. Someday, maybe, I’ll be able to visit. Until then, thanks.
