Great shop, great prices, fast delivery. The items were not secure inside the outer box. I'd like to see some packaging material inside the outer box if it's too large for the items. The items were still in perfect condition however, so that's really just nitpicking at an otherwise flawless transaction.
Love the product. However, despite your website promising quick delivery from own supplies, my pan, ordered on the 4th, promised for the 11th and arrived on the 16th. It had been sent from the Netherlands via France to Ireland. Having arrived at UPS in Dublin, they provided their usual dump on the doorstep, regardless of the weather service, dumping it a few days after they received it. It was retrieved from said doorstep, unfortunately by the intended recipient, as the surprise gift rather spoilt by the handle of the pan, which was in clear sight, having punctured the box, due to totally inadequate packing. There was nothing to stop the pan bashing against the sides of the box during transit. Less that a stellar service! Shame.

I bought a condor bushlore blade blank it got delivered exactly what time they said it would.
The boxing was safe.
The blade condition was great and sharper than expected.
Easy to work with while fitting handles handle edge polished up well at 400 grit paper...
