I placed an order (UWZFUVOWA) on 15 April 2025 for Golf Shoes. The money (€139.98) was deducted from my credit card at that time. Since then, there was no contact with the shop and no update on the order. I have repeatedly emailed the shop looking for an update on my order. I only received two generic replies which did not make any sense. They confirmed they did not have the product in the first place however. Despite repeated requests, the Shop has ignored my repeated requests to issue a refund. This is simply fraudulent selling. The shop took mymoney and has no product to sell and will not offer a refund.
