Dear Amble & Strut Customer Support, I hope you are well. I am writing regarding an issue I’ve had with one of your covers (order number: [colocar número de encomenda]). First, I want to say that I absolutely adore the design, material and overall aesthetic of the cover — it was one of the main reasons I chose Amble & Strut. However, I am unfortunately disappointed to find that after using it only twice, and handling it with extreme care, the surface has already begun to discolor in some areas, and in other parts feels rough/abrasive to the touch. This is unexpected. My expectation was that with a premium cover, a slight patina or wear over long use might develop, but not discoloration so early, nor a tactile change so abrupt. I would like to ask how we can resolve this: • Would it be possible for you to send me a replacement cover, and I return this defective one to you? • Or is there another remedy you can suggest (cleaning, treatment, repairing) that would restore the original surface? I do not wish for a refund — I simply want a functioning piece that lives up to the quality I believed it should have.
