Living in Denmark MyPalmshop is my go to plant shop! And will be probably the rest of my life. They have a huge variety of plants. I can almost find anything my heart desires and in the size I want. And then you get the best service and a quick delivery! I truely thank you Mypalmshop. This is just one of the plants. I do have a lot more from MyPalmshop

I placed four orders on Mypalmshop in 2 years. The 1st one: half of my items were missing. After claim via Paypal, I got the forgotten items. The 2nd one: the cycas panzihuaensis I received was in a terrible state: all its palms had broken during the transport. I didn't make any claim, putting it on the account of bad luck and knowing that it could survive even without palms. The 3rd order: impeccable, nothing to complain about, beautiful plants. This encouraged me to order from them again. June 07, 2022. We are on July 02, 2022 and I am still waiting for my order of 114.72 euros! In spite of two reminders, remained without answer, via Paypal. Where is my order? And my money? You owe me 114.72 euros. What disrespect for the customer...

En ma qualité de paysagiste en retraite, il me semble nécessaire d’informer les potentiels acheteurs de My Palm Shop sur les pratiques trompeuses de cette pépinière. Prix facturé supérieur au prix affiché sur le site. Description des produit trompeuse (hauteur pot inclus non précisée) Produit commandé pot inclus 60/80. Produit livré 37 cm maxi. Sce client s'étonne de ma réclamation.

Only one problem was that only half the plants were labelled which took some time to find out what they were, I don't think I would order so many different plants next time.

Hello, we have had contact the whole time. It's right all other orders from you where perfect, but this time there was an issue with the transport company, you also know. For us it was also difficult but we updated you every time, you also opened a paypal dispute, during this dispute we can't pay you back because we have to get also through the investigation from them. You received al your money back, we also offer to send a new parcel, what more we can do? We are very sorry for what happend but it wasn't our fault, we really do our best.
