Everything appears excellent so far but I was less than thrilled to be charged an extra fee for a foreign transaction. Since I purchased the watch from Traser USA, I thought the payment would be processed in the USA. Not the end of the world but the additional cost was unexpected and should have been clearly stated.

We are sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied by the blue trigalights in your watch. The blue color is preceived by the human eye significantly less bright as the green one so you are totally right to say it is not as bright. You can find a comparison with all the 9 colors offered here: https://trigalight.com/technology/
If you would prefer to ship back the watch, you have 30 days of time from the purchase date to do so and we would refund your order completly.
You are not the first to mention this so we will take mesurements to either avoid blue trigalights in our watches in the future or clarify better the difference on our website.
