Dear customer service, dear parents and readers, first of all I wanna thank you for a detailed and comfortable investigation to help parents get through the day with their little ones in combination with a such impressive and important stroller that makes the day easier and special. Especially the functionality of the stroller, in particular—which can be folded into a compact unit—makes everyday life more efficient, whether you are looking after the little ones or stowing the stroller in the car. It’s a innovative and sustainable solution for the daily life. We’re delighted with this type of stroller and are confident that it’ll bring joy to the little ones as well. From now on the easywalker makes it easy to handle life as parents and is part of the family! Best regards

High quality products. The shipping company lost my package, but the aftersale team helped me, they answered immediately and tried to find out where the package was. Eventually they sent again my order.

The adapter works. It was a bit of a risk since it hadn’t been tested with the Jimmey and Cybex Cloud T i-Size according to the data sheet, but the tolerances are fine and it seems to hold securely. A bit expensive for what it is, but no complaints overall.

Reasonably fast delivery. But wrong! I had to beg for return slip which I think should have come directly since the fault was on your side. We paid extra for guarantee of the return. Big package back to DHL. Now waiting and hoping for the right item to arrive.

I loved the quick answers and shipping. Not sold on the quality yet, haven’t tried it outside, but the movement feels smoot. The color is great. The canopy was wrinkly and feels hard to move, I guess it has something to do with making the stroller light weight which it is.

Great and quick service. Had an issue with the footlock and a new stroller was shipped within days.

Toen de rem het voor de 2e keer niet goed deed, kregen we een nieuwe wagen. Top service!

Voldoet volledig aan de verwachtingen. Elegant, licht, handig op te bergen, confortabel.

Great quality and great service

More pictures. Please also put spare parts on the online shop.

It is a shame that we couldn't buy air wheels; now the stroller feels a bit uneven
