Γεια σας η ανταπόκριση του προϊόντος μάλλον της συναλλαγής ήταν πολύ καλή αλλά υπήρχε ένα μεγάλο πρόβλημα το ψυγείο μου όπως είχα περιγράψει συντήρηση επάνω και καταψύκτης κάτω εγώ ζήτησα το λάστιχο πόρτας του καταψύκτη 72 επί70 cm όμως της συντήρησης δεν ξέρω όμως πως θα το χειριστώ βρείτε μου μια εύκολη λύση γιατί εγώ χρειάζομαι το καταψύκτη η συναλλαγή ήταν γρήγορη αλλά το αποτέλεσμα με λίγο πρόβλημα ίσως κάποια στιγμή χρειαστώ τις πόρτες επάνω αλλά το κοστολόγιο ήταν 153 € δεν ήταν καθόλου λίγο

Unfortunately I had a bad experience when receiving the package from the courier as it was not delivered hand to hand. The package was thrown away like trash at the entrance of the apartment building and fortunately for me a nice and kind neighbor collected it. The items I ordered were available for delivery in your list. It was also stated in your platform that if an order is placed by 4pm (or so) delivery to destination would be effected by next day. My order was placed on May 4, and the next day it was acknowledged that it was delivered by you to your transporter, to be forwarded to my address, providing me with a parcel code, so that I could follow up stages of delivery. Since then I had been inquiring whereabouts of this parcel, by clicking on the parcel code, but the response I was getting from your forwarder, was that the parcel had not been delivered to them. After exchanging some messages with your local customer service, the parcel was delivered suddenly on May 12 to my address, without any prior notice. Fortunately the ordered accessories fitted on the vacum cleaner perfectly.

Αμεση εξυπηρέτηση απο το help desk σε ερώτηση που εκανα για ανταλλακτικο φούρνου (15 ετων τουλαχιστον!) που χρειάστηκα. Μου βρήκαν το σωστο ανταλλακτικο και μου έστειλαν και τον σύνδεσμο για να το παραγγείλω. Η παράδοση ήταν γρηγορη και σε προσεγμένη συσκευασία. Το τοποθέτησα μονη μου, καθώς ήταν για μενα εύκολη διαδικασία, και ετσι γλύτωσα αρκετά χρήματα και φυσικά αναμονή. Θα σας προτιμήσω σίγουρα ξανα και θα σας συστήσω ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιον χρειάζεται ανταλλακτικά. Να σημειωθει οτι στην ιστοσελιδα βρησκεις τα παντα! In my case, the courier never came. the postman left a note that I had to visit the next elta shop, 7 km away, with no parking facilities in the neighborhood, wait there at the queue for more than one hour, pay 5 Euro for
parking in order to receive my package. If i knew this, I would never order.
