Service was fast and prompt, but product details on the site were not that great. I was buying a specific freezer drawer and I had the exact dimentions. Photos on site did not mention the dimentions, so it was guess work for me. I finally bought the drawer, but because I need to take it to our country home I havent installed it yet (in August I will) therefore I will know if it fits. I contacted the help line providing specific photos and measurements but the answers I got back were generic.

To the speed of reply and convenience. The product I had odered came 15 days later and the last information that I had was that it was damaged and I would get my money back upon delivery to you in Fix Part. I requested not a reimburshment but a new product instead, and finally without any communication, ACS brought the product to me suddently. Thank god the product was OK. Very poor experience I can say.
