Service was fast and prompt, but product details on the site were not that great. I was buying a specific freezer drawer and I had the exact dimentions. Photos on site did not mention the dimentions, so it was guess work for me. I finally bought the drawer, but because I need to take it to our country home I havent installed it yet (in August I will) therefore I will know if it fits. I contacted the help line providing specific photos and measurements but the answers I got back were generic.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience when receiving the package from the courier as it was not delivered hand to hand. The package was thrown away like trash at the entrance of the apartment building and fortunately for me a nice and kind neighbor collected it. The items I ordered were available for delivery in your list. It was also stated in your platform that if an order is placed by 4pm (or so) delivery to destination would be effected by next day. My order was placed on May 4, and the next day it was acknowledged that it was delivered by you to your transporter, to be forwarded to my address, providing me with a parcel code, so that I could follow up stages of delivery. Since then I had been inquiring whereabouts of this parcel, by clicking on the parcel code, but the response I was getting from your forwarder, was that the parcel had not been delivered to them. After exchanging some messages with your local customer service, the parcel was delivered suddenly on May 12 to my address, without any prior notice. Fortunately the ordered accessories fitted on the vacum cleaner perfectly.

Αμεση εξυπηρέτηση απο το help desk σε ερώτηση που εκανα για ανταλλακτικο φούρνου (15 ετων τουλαχιστον!) που χρειάστηκα.
