I am satisfied with the products. There is a wide variety available, and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend adding an option on the website that allows customers to view the status of their orders, as well as the shipment tracking number. I ordered products worth €224.99 for delivery to Germany, but the shipping was not free, even though the website states that orders over €50 qualify for free delivery. Good customer service and quick response

arrived. The package was sealed, but one of the boxes inside was empty and a product was missing. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly. Berger was not diligent with delivery details

the dometic cfx5 35 fridge seems all good so far, although i have had it for a few days only. but the delivery was a pain, because Berger did not enter my mobile number when they registered the parcel with DHL and this caused a headache with the delivery, because i dont have any doorbells. and i didnt know that DHL did not have my mobile so i was waiting at home for delivery, the delivery van came outside and left because they could not reach me. i was able to add my mobile through DHL myself in the end - had to pretend to change my address, but it was a waste of my time.

A rendelésemmel minden rendben volt. Viszont az ügyfélszolgálatnak feltett kérdésemre, hogy hogyan tudok vásárolni Magyarországról cégként nagyon későn kaptam választ. Mivel akciós termékről volt szó megrendeltem magánszemélyként. A termék rendben megérkezett hozzám és a választ még az után kaptam.

Berger did their part and all good everything but finnish delivery company Postnord was slow and they didnt even try to deliver order to home. I was home all day and there just came message "delivery to home couldnt be done" so I know Postnord was bullshitting.

I would describe my dealings with Berger as a very very positive. I ordered some items which Berger sent and it ended up in the procession of PostNord in Denmark (where I'm from). PostNord managed to throw the package away so I never received it. Berger refunded me and asked me to order again, which I did, and this time it ran through smoothly. Thank you Berger for excelent service.

The parcel arrived with damaged packaging. The sender did not add a phone number to my address, which is why the parcel was delayed for two days. Without a phone number, DPD could not deliver it. Shipping fee is significantly higher than other similar suppliers.

Order feedback

First, once the order was placed, catalogue was included for free but sent as a separate package...second, the main package was with wrong tracking without ability to see where it is and when to expect. 10 days, several times to contact support, it was miracle to find an email. exactly 10 days after order I didn't receive any feedback or tracking for item costs 500+ euro.... and the catalogue is on German only!
