I am very satisfied with both the product and the service from Berger. The roof vent with integrated fan was supplied exactly as we agreed, and the delivery was very fast. I have now installed the roof vent on my Renault Master, together with an adapter for the roof thickness. The installation went well and everything looks and feels very good. I have not had the opportunity to test the fan yet, but so far I am very happy with the quality and the overall result. The communication with the manufacturer was excellent, and they delivered exactly what I needed. I would definitely order from Berger again and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof vent and reliable service.

I am satisfied with the products. There is a wide variety available, and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend adding an option on the website that allows customers to view the status of their orders, as well as the shipment tracking number. I ordered products worth €224.99 for delivery to Germany, but the shipping was not free, even though the website states that orders over €50 qualify for free delivery. The products I ordered were not marked as bulky items. In addition, the Advantage Card form does not work. Overall, I am happy with the products, but there is room for improvement regarding delivery information, order tracking, and website functionality.

Id give you four stars because what is lacking is this: The shipped packages are weakly taped, twice my package has opened during shipping. And twice the package arrived as “delivery to company adress”, which means daytime, drop off on the street/ house border. It should be delivered as home delivery with drop off at my floor & door. Or to parcell office.

Product received within expected time and quality of product seems OK. The size of product is a little to big for our caravan, but the length of 370/430 is to large our Adria 361 caravan. No smaller size is available at Berger.

arrived. The package was sealed, but one of the boxes inside was empty and a product was missing. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly. They handled the situation professionally and explained how the refund process works. Communication was clear and helpful, and the issue was resolved without any problems. Even though there was a mistake with the delivery, I appreciate the fast response and the way the customer service handled the case. Overall a good experience thanks to their support.

Good 5 days for cross border delivery of a 4 man tent. Ordered item in a weekend, received order confirmation and delivery details on the Monday. International delivery to Sweden, and item received by tracked postage one week later.

the dometic cfx5 35 fridge seems all good so far, although i have had it for a few days only. but the delivery was a pain, because Berger did not enter my mobile number when they registered the parcel with DHL and this caused a headache with the delivery, because i dont have any doorbells. and i didnt know that DHL did not have my mobile so i was waiting at home for delivery, the delivery van came outside and left because they could not reach me. i was able to add my mobile through DHL myself in the end - had to pretend to change my address, but it was a waste of my time.

A rendelésemmel minden rendben volt. Viszont az ügyfélszolgálatnak feltett kérdésemre, hogy hogyan tudok vásárolni Magyarországról cégként nagyon későn kaptam választ. Mivel akciós termékről volt szó megrendeltem magánszemélyként. A termék rendben megérkezett hozzám és a választ még az után kaptam.

Apparently Berger has big storage facility and accurate inventory tracking. This and precise updates regarding the delivery progress made the whole process a pure bliss. Everything went very smoothly!

Order was unfortunately not in stock but Berger was quick to respond and to let me know that the delivery time would be longer and gave me the opportunity to cancel or wait. Great Service. I could definitely shop there again.

Große auswahl an waren. Nur in unserer filiale in Kesselsdorf war kein vorzelt ausgestellt.Mir ist bekannt, dass in der filiale Kesselsdorf nicht genügend platz vorhanden ist.

They could not locate my customer number, as their website did not work. They stated that the local stores have nothing to do with the website platform. No integration between the website platform to the stores software. Nevertheless, they have a good variety of products. The sellers did not care too much to provide consultation, it was a kind of “do not bother me, choose whatever you want and pay”.

Berger did their part and all good everything but finnish delivery company Postnord was slow and they didnt even try to deliver order to home. I was home all day and there just came message "delivery to home couldnt be done" so I know Postnord was bullshitting.

Great prices, a lot of products to chose from. It would be good to have more shipping options to choose from.

Ich habe an einem Sonntag eine Klimaanlage für mein Wohnmobil gekauft; am Montag stellte ich fest, dass das Gerät im Angebot war und 100 € weniger kostete. Ich schrieb umgehend an den Kundenservice von Berger, um zu fragen, ob ich die Bestellung noch stornieren und zum Angebotspreis neu bestellen könnte. Nach einigen Tagen antwortete Berger, dass es bereits zu spät sei, ich aber die Annahme des Pakets verweigern könne. Da ich unter Zeitdruck stand und diese Lösung unpraktisch fand, behielt ich das Paket und fragte an, ob mir die 100 € erstattet werden könnten. Zu meinem großen Ärger lehnte Berger diese Bitte ab. Urteilen Sie selbst, aber ich vergebe für deren Kundenservice nicht mehr als einen Stern. Da haben sie wirklich versagt. I bought an AC unit for my motorhome on a Sunday; on Monday, I discovered that the unit had gone on sale and was €100 cheaper. I quickly wrote to Berger’s customer service to ask if I could still cancel my order and reorder it at the sale price. After several days, Berger replied that it was too late, but that I was welcome to refuse delivery of the package. Since I was pressed for time and found this solution impractical, I kept the package and asked if the €100 could be refunded to me. To my great annoyance, Berger refused this request. You can judge the situation for yourselves, but I give their customer service nothing more than one star. They really missed the mark.

Oerhört undermåligt emballage. Kartongen hängde knappt ihop. Som genom ett under var produkten inte skadad. Men det var inte Bergers förtjänst utan PostNord som hade tejpat försändelsen strax innan leverans.

Ik heb al een aantal keer bij Berger besteld, dit ging prima. Nu, tijdens de vakantie belangrijke onderdelen besteld. Er werd vermeld dat als er wijzigingen zouden optreden in de levering wij dit zouden horen. Helaas! 3 dagen na de uiterste levering zelf contact gezocht, en die gene gaf zelf ook onderzoek te moeten doen met het hoofdkantoor. Artikelen voorlopig niet leverbaar. We hadden dit ruim op tijd, en moesten nu ineens gehaast anders oplossen. Geen excuus of hulp verder hierin. Jammer.
