The product is worth 5 stars. Customer service could be improved. I needed to contact them due to a shipping issue and the response was generic. I needed help with a shipping issue and didn't get the help I needed, although they offered a refund if I didn’t receive the product. I needed the product to arrive at my home, not a refund or replacement. As mentioned, customer service could be better.\n\nRegarding the product, a completely successful purchase. As soon as you open the box, you notice the quality and how it fits perfectly with our vehicle. Highly recommended.

I have been using the site for a few years and confirm with the latest purchases its reliability and precision in the description of the articles and in the shipping, which in my case, being in Italy, always arrived on time. The catalog is complete and the product description pages often include manufacturer sheets. The prices are competitive. So far, I haven't needed to return any items due to warranty issues or others, but I expect that even with potential problems, the seriousness of the purchasing phase is confirmed.

Very good camping equipment company. Excellent choice, variety of products. I particularly appreciate the 'Berger' products which are significantly cheaper than major brands for equivalent quality. On the other hand, the after-sales service in Berger stores leaves much to be desired, the reception is not good, and there is not really a willingness to help the customer. While the service via the internet is impeccable, in the Koblenz store, the after-sales service could be improved.

The items fit perfectly on my camper. However, I give the carrier a very, very bad rating. I was at home, the delivery person didn’t even have the courage to ring the bell at the gate so I could receive the package. I found my package on the ground, thrown by the delivery person over my gate. So I’ll think twice before ordering from Berger because if deliveries happen like this, I’d prefer to go to one of your competitors who have delivery people that ring the doorbell and hand over the package in person.

The object is conform to the description and shipment journey quite fast given it was coming from Germany to France. The improving point is on the description about luminance: there discrepancy between the value mentioned on the website and the real value (100 lm vs 60 lm for a 78 lm mentioned in the descriptive sheet in the pack). However, it lights up perfectly to what I expected.

Perfect tent for the motorcycle This weekend I slept for the first time in the **High Peak Sparrow** during a motorcycle trip to the Ardennes. Really a great tent! Light and compact to take on the motorcycle and also very quick to set up, since the inner and outer tent are set up at the same time. Slept well and if you're alone, you have plenty of room for your motorcycle gear in this two-person tent. I find the side entrance ideal: you can easily access your gear without having to crouch or lie down to get into the tent. It also looks good. Only small downside: the pegs could be more robust. On the other hand, they are purposefully lightweight, which is convenient for a motorbike trip. **In short: light, practical, quick to set up, and surprisingly spacious. Very happy with it!** 🏕️🏍️

I liked the grouping of the many ordered items into a minimum number of parcels for the price of a single delivery. However, I did not receive the one item I absolutely needed and that motivated the rest of my order to offset the shipping costs. I just needed an O-ring that is part of a kit of three Thetford rings. I received the box in which there were only two rings except for the one I needed... On the website photo, you can clearly see three rings: one flat circular and two O-rings of different sections (article number 127020). In the received box, the O-ring with a section of approximately 3 mm is missing. I received my order on 1/09/26, reported the absence of the ring on the same day. On 3/09 I received an email saying they haven't forgotten me and there are difficulties in preparing for shipment. Today, 9/09, I received the satisfaction survey...\nSo I must say that I have no news of my ring that I am eagerly waiting for to repair my toilet as it is leaking and it's really inconvenient in a van...\nApart from this small problem, which I hope will be resolved soon, I am satisfied with my very first order at Berger.\nOh yes, there is also the small rectangular magnetic level number 150430. The bubble on the long side of the level is certainly within the two lines but it moves from one line to the other when you turn the level a half-turn, which means the level is not very accurate. But never mind, I'll keep it anyway...\nI don't want to fight!\nPS: how many rings do you count in the attached photo, maybe I'm the one not seeing well?? The piece of my old broken ring that is next to the box I received, well that's the one I need, isn't it unfortunate...?\nSince my problem is still not solved, I cannot properly evaluate customer service...

Hello, You deserve without a doubt a 5/5. Nothing to say about the products and your site. I only gave 4/5 due to a disastrous delivery. Let me explain: It had nothing to do with the delivery person who was very good, even embarrassed by the state of the package. The delivery was significantly delayed and the box was completely torn. Fortunately, nothing was missing. I don't know if this is recurrent with your deliveries, but if so, you should address it quickly...

the ordered product was quickly available for pickup. However, I doubted whether it was completely new (box partially cut and re-taped, there were lint in the velcro of the item), but otherwise it was intact. Additionally, I had sent questions by email a few weeks before regarding the order and delivery times (related to picking up from a long distance during a vacation), but never received a response.

Hello everyone! We often go on road trips and tried several "hatchback tents" that unfortunately didn't suit us...and then...we found THE TENT! Ultra-quick assembly, fits on the back of the vehicle with the hatch open, takes up little space (bag provided) once folded. The first night, heavy storm and no problem! You can make this purchase with your eyes closed! We have a Sharan: see photo. For the manufacturer: why not put the window "flap" on the inside so we don't have to go out to open it (especially when it's raining). We thought about turning the panels, but are they waterproof on both sides? Because we noticed one side is shinier than the other. Thank you for your response. This is just a detail, everything else is okay! Thanks to the engineers who created this tent! Family B.

For the product I chose, undoubtedly some technical skills are needed, so I can't blame anything described which I find more than sufficient. Very fast shipping. If I can give a commercial input, I would propose free shipping over €100, clearly raising the product slightly which remains attractive anyway! ...the shipping costs are annoying 😉

I am very satisfied with both the product and the service from Berger. The roof vent with integrated fan was supplied exactly as we agreed, and the delivery was very fast. I have now installed the roof vent on my Renault Master, together with an adapter for the roof thickness. The installation went well and everything looks and feels very good. I have not had the opportunity to test the fan yet, but so far I am very happy with the quality and the overall result. The communication with the manufacturer was excellent, and they delivered exactly what I needed. I would definitely order from Berger again and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof vent and reliable service.

I already knew this grill, I've had it for years, easy to use: it doesn't produce smoke or unpleasant odors, suitable for camping, for cooking on balconies without disturbing the neighbors and easy to carry with its briefcase for outings; that's why I bought another one for my beloved grandchildren, as they often borrowed it for their barbecues with friends

Shipping was perfectly managed, but the purchased product did not fully satisfy me... I trusted one of the best brands that obviously cost more... but I own another table from a different brand which cost me two-thirds... it is more stable... opens and closes in 30 seconds and the bag that contains it is better managed... I forgot... it weighs much less despite being the same size.

the awning for the van seems of good quality and well thought out. after an initial assembly without a real manual, we have integrated the right method. I expected to receive a groundsheet, as shown in the presentation photo, but this was not the case!! it is an extra option!! I contacted Berger about this, as well as the use of 3 butterfly clamps, present in the package, whose usage we are still looking for. regards yj

Hello, I received an email informing me of a delayed shipment without giving me a specific date. So I ordered a tent from another site. Three days later, your tent arrives at the same time as the other, hence the refusal of your shipment and its return to you. What a pity. Now I am waiting for a refund. Regards. I placed a pre-order because the sheets were not available. After confirming a few days later, my order was fulfilled. I appreciate the great speed in processing this second order, the very professional follow-up, and the quality of the fitted sheets for the extended rear bed (2 large mattresses and 1 small central) of my van. Bravo Berger! Keep up this quality of service and products.

We purchased specific camping products on this site that are really hard to find elsewhere, which is definitely their strong point. The packaging was careful and the shipping times were fully respected. The only negative note is about communication: we sent some inquiries before purchasing and never received a response. As a result, we had to place the order hoping that the items met our needs. Fortunately, everything went well, but a more responsive customer service would really make a difference. Overall, a positive experience for catalog and logistics, but there is room for improvement in communication.

shipment was slow to start: after 3 days, the status was still the same. I was already beginning to doubt. administratively, there was another error: after a week and a day, the package was delivered, and the same day I received an apology email indicating the delivery would be delayed further. the price was good. found the kitchen cabinet in the catalog: normally not offered by Berger. only could test it briefly but seems to be a great product: Crespo / AP 106.
