Review summary
Many customers praise the fast shipping, high product quality, and good value for money, noting that products are generally durable and easy to assemble. Some customers also appreciate responsive customer service and quick resolution of issues during positive experiences. However, there are significant concerns about delivery delays or missed estimates, unresponsiveness from customer service, and unresolved issues such as ignored problems or lack of refunds. Communication is often unclear, with unanswered emails and confusion about orders. A few customers also report product defects upon arrival and challenges with certain assembly steps or instructions.

Amazing pool. Great size and the kids love it! The filter isn’t the best and will probably look to upgrade that next summer.

Missing parts & poor customer service
Estimated delivery at checkout was a couple of days, but the actual delivery arrived 2 weeks later. Missing trampoline cover in the delivery and no response from customer support. Customer service message sent on 7-Sept and still waiting for a response 18 working days later!
Reply from EXIT Toys - exittoys.ie
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery and the inconvenience caused by the missing trampoline cover.
We did reach out to you to request some additional information so that we could resolve the issue, and we are sorry if our communication was not as prompt as expected. In the meantime, we have arranged for a new trampoline cover to be sent to you.
We truly appreciate your patience and apologize again for the inconvenience. We hope the new cover arrives safely and that you will be able to fully enjoy your trampoline.
Kind regards,

Bought a 2.5 kw pool heater, delivered quickly to Ireland, it does a good job, professional company and a pleasure to deal with

The pool itself is fine but delivery took longer than expected which is not a big deal but the pool filter just stopped working after a few days use. I let it be for awhile to see if it needed a cool down but it still won't work. Very disappointing.
