Ordered a pool, amazing quality and very fast delivery to Ireland

Great value and quality - very please

Website stated item was in stock and would be delivered within 3 days. Bought for a childs birthday as it should have been delivered one week before the birthday. Still not received 2 and a half weeks later. First reason: their internal systems were down. Second reason: my address was wrong (although the tracking link shows they are sending it to the "wrong" address.) Eventually sent me a tracking link for the courier but this link shows the item still hasn't been handed to the courier. Now asking for a review for an item I haven't even received.

The goal posts are top quality and a great price. Love it.

Very helpful and fast delivery

Terrible service ordered on 29th of June jo delivery and no money back they're ignoring my emails and what's apps they don't fulfill orders and keep your money I had to open a dispute with bank and they didn't respond to it so don't waste your money they keep it and lie to you im. still waiting now 31st of july for a repky or a refund shocking company

I order a swimming pool and cover and tried to cancel the order the same day. Absolutely no communication. Through track and trace I am told my order is complete however I only received the cover of the pool. I am trying to get in contact with Exit toys but there’s absolutely no communication from them. This is so disappointing as it cost me €157

Hassle free & fast delivery

I have to say 0 for the time being as I only received the groundsheet and not the pool. The DPD driver had the lime green pool in her van but said it was for someone else and not for me but I ordered the groundsheet & pool together and now it say's on my order and dpd tracking 'delivered' but I still have no pool 😪

Ordered a trampoline for my child's birthday. Sent 2 identical boxes instead of box 1/2 and 2/2. Contacted support and they said they would send the correct box. I explained that it was for a birthday present and asked for it to be sent ASAP. Wasn't very pleased of response from support team. They said we'll send it and that's all we can do. Took 8 days from order until second box arrived. This could have been sent by a quicker delivery method especially given that it was exits fault that order was posted wrong in the first place. As a result of this the trampoline wasn't received complete in time for child birthday. Very unhappy with the service provided by exit and attitude to how the original error wads resolved
