Quality product, superior to similar products on the market (especially those originating on UK market). Heavier than competitor products but this is necessary to achieve quality & safety standards. Soft close and ease of multi-height use especially beneficial.
Given its quality this ladder is very competitively priced. Delivered from Netherlands to Ireland very promptly and tracked all the way to my door.
If a customer has a need for a telescopic ladder then Vonroc is the only option.
Only suggestion (not criticism) I could make is to print the height on the face of each rung. Not essential but not expensive to implement and it makes the ladder slightly easier to use.
