Review summary
Customers consistently praised the high quality, aesthetic design, and unique appearance of the products, often describing them as beautiful or stunning. Many appreciated the quality packaging and attention to detail, as well as the straightforward and easy ordering process. Timely delivery and fast shipping were also commonly highlighted, and customer service was described as highly responsive and helpful in most cases. However, some customers reported issues with product durability or specifications, and a few experienced delays with shipping. There were also occasional problems with order handling or unexpected changes during the ordering process, and a handful of customers noted poor communication or unresolved issues with customer service.

Website was excellent. Placed the order from Tasmania, Australia on a Thursday and recieved the watch the following Thursday. This included time for engraving. Packaging and presentation was excellent and the watch looked better than the photo. We choose the watch for our 18 year old grandson who loves both the watch and the natural wood. He treasures it.

Beautiful watches
I have purchased two engraved watches from WoodWatch and they are absolutely stunning ! From ordering to receiving, everything was easy and smooth. The watches themselves are so beautiful and amazing quality ! The additional links and tool was fantastic to have and required in my case.
I have just ordered a third watch as a gift for Christmas !

Geheel tevreden.

Watch poor quality
Watch mechanics and buttons were very poor quality and not meant to last. Hour dial and time of day were a bit off from what had been set.
Moreover the site promised a bead bracelet for free with my order but still charged me something like 20€
