De ontwerpen zijn prachtig, de service nog beter. Het eerste horloge bleek defect, Woodwatch bood aan het retour te nemen, of de kosten van de juwelier te betalen om de batterij te vervangen. Toen dat alles geen oplossing bleek, kregen we ons geld terug voor een nieuw horloge. Ik ben echt fan van de designs.

The watch was suppposed to be a gift for my husband's birthday from me and our 5-year old son.
I had added the engraving service to the order, but no engraving has been made on the watch.
We have found a bracelet I did not order and that is too small for my husband's wrist.
I would therefore like to be refunded of the engraving fees.

Regarding the bracelet, this was not an item you purchased but a complimentary surprise gift. It is designed to expand – you just need to gently hold it by the beads and pull, and it will adjust to size.
