The service was good but I needed extra links for my watch and I got that straight away but then I noticed that the battery was dead. This was very disappointing. I had to, again go the retailer to have the battery replaced when I hadn't even worn the watch, yet!. The retailer advice that it is better to buy from the retailer that the internet. In this case he may have been right :-( Anyways the watch is working perfectly now.

The product was according to the website. However, even though the website offers a variety of payment methods, the only one working is Paypal. I tried Visa, Mastercard, Credot Card, Debit Card, American Express, the only one working is Paypal. And it seems that this is a know problem, but unresolved yet. I suggest resolving this issue or at least remove all the other options that are not actually available. Also, customer support was not very helpful, although they did provide an answer in a timely manner.

Op 10 januari een bestelling geplaatst. 11 dagen later nog steeds niet ontvangen. Contact gehad met cluse. Betaling is zogezegd niet doorgekomen. Maar bij mij is het bedrag er wel afgehaald. Ik heb een betalingsbewijs gestuurd. Maar geen antwoord op gehad. Daarop nog een e-mail gestuurd. Nog steeds niets te horen. Wauw. Heel professioneel

Unacceptable after sale service

Their commitment is 5-7 days delivery time but almost 2 weeks after the shipment the package is still traveling somewhere around Europe and no answer is given to my requests by the 'customer care' of cluse. Unacceptable!
