The bag is beautiful. It’s like having a daily stylish purse but in backpack mode. I’m a medical resident and was always the carrying my purse and a suitcase bag with my laptop. Lots of bags, right? Now I carry everything here and I always look well. The almond color goes amazing with all my outfits. The quality is the thing that doesn’t let me give 5 stars. It’s not amazing for the expensive price it costs. I think it’ll be damaged in a few months with scratches and things but let’s see :) hope not!

The product was according to the website. However, even though the website offers a variety of payment methods, the only one working is Paypal. I tried Visa, Mastercard, Credot Card, Debit Card, American Express, the only one working is Paypal. And it seems that this is a know problem, but unresolved yet. I suggest resolving this issue or at least remove all the other options that are not actually available. Also, customer support was not very helpful, although they did provide an answer in a timely manner.

The quality was not as expected as they were few tiny tiny dots in the bag when I had arrived , expected a better quality, also the cancellation process is not so convenient as once ordered it never allows to cancel but only return is possible I have mistakenly ordered a different colour but couldn't cancel it and had to accept the delivery. Out of everything the quality is poor too

Not true to size

It would be great if photos of the watches on wrists would be more true to their actual size. Regarding to this photos I thought watch that I bought would be bigger. I’m still ok with the watch but I prefer a bit bigger sizes.

You should improve your customer experience by a lot.

The return policy is very bothersome. You gotta take multiple steps, some of them seem very unnecessary like privately letting CLUSE know by e-mail that you would like to return a product. Just let your customers return? Having the form added to the package instead of having to print it yourself would be welcome as well. You should also make your order forms so that a customer has to fill out every important info. My street number wasn't noted down so my package is in limbo and I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now. After finding this out myself I contacted you but you kindly directed me to the shipping company. You should improve your customer experience by a lot for me to order again or recommend.
