The service was good but I needed extra links for my watch and I got that straight away but then I noticed that the battery was dead. This was very disappointing. I had to, again go the retailer to have the battery replaced when I hadn't even worn the watch, yet!. The retailer advice that it is better to buy from the retailer that the internet. In this case he may have been right :-(
Anyways the watch is working perfectly now.

The product was according to the website. However, even though the website offers a variety of payment methods, the only one working is Paypal. I tried Visa, Mastercard, Credot Card, Debit Card, American Express, the only one working is Paypal. And it seems that this is a know problem, but unresolved yet. I suggest resolving this issue or at least remove all the other options that are not actually available. Also, customer support was not very helpful, although they did provide an answer in a timely manner.

Order process and sending the product went fast. Just the delivery part needs a lot of work from DHL. Not being able to find my address the first time and four days later delivering my newly ordered package somewhere else while I'm at home. But then also not stating where it is delivered.

The watch on itself was amazing,
but the strap was odd. The leather was good but Cluse added inside it kind of a metal for it to keep the form, making it hard to wear on big waists like mine; overall, the rest of the product is good.

The delivery was quick and the product is exactly what I wanted. I would have hiven five stars if there would have been more information. My older watch have a longer band than this new one even if they are the same product.

Improve sizing of watch straps
Should offer watches for people with smaller wrists and sell watches w circumference size between 15cm to 20cm. I had to return mine as I was 1cm off (15cm).
