J'ai acheté une sac à dos nuite pour les cours . Il est juste parfait , le design est incroyable épuré et simple . La place à l'intérieur est juste parfaite , le pochette de rangement est parfaite pour une iPad Pro. Et je suis plus qu’heureuse d’avoir effectué cette achat . De plus il résiste à l’eau donc mes affaires sont en sécurité
The return policy is very bothersome. You gotta take multiple steps, some of them seem very unnecessary like privately letting CLUSE know by e-mail that you would like to return a product. Just let your customers return? Having the form added to the package instead of having to print it yourself would be welcome as well.
You should also make your order forms so that a customer has to fill out every important info. My street number wasn't noted down so my package is in limbo and I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now. After finding this out myself I contacted you but you kindly directed me to the shipping company.
You should improve your customer experience by a lot for me to order again or recommend.
Non è stato il primo acquisto, è sempre stato tutto perfetto, sia gli orologi acquistati in precedenza che le spedizioni. Stavolta, ho trovato all'interno della scatolina un biglietto con un messaggio che non mi apparteneva e l'orologio non aveva la pellicola di protezione come sempre. Penso che mi abbiate venduto come nuovo un orologio che è stato restituito.

Et un délai plus rapide car j'ai reçu ma commande plus de 2 semaines plus tard je n'ai pas pu offrir le cadeau à temps.

This is the second watch I’ve purchased from Cluse which unfortunately have really short straps. I’ve not got big wrists at all but have to use the second last hole on the strap.

The item I was interested in was out of stock for a ver very long time- nothing extraordinary, a black leather and gold strap. Also I think the straps are overpriced.
