The website is full of useful information about the products, how to use them, what are the most suitable for each kind of work and experience level, everything is explained nicely. I bought a nice tool, it arrived quickly, well packaged with instructions. The search engine could be improved regarding the tips, I mostly find the useful information searching on google and jumping into the website, if I search the same thing on the embedded search engine I dont find it.

First of all, being accurate or not lying when providing product description. Make it accurate and avoiding FAKE specs such as knife origin; China instead of US. This is not serious and very little trustworthy. Then, being smart and understanding customer context when asking for information through email. Last but not least, adding an appropiate package (a bigger one), avoiding to send a crumpled CAP. Hope this helps.
